I have been there twice and will be back. Very roomy. Not a big selection of beer but I found some I liked. All draft👍Outdoor seating available. Food very good. You order and pay for food at a small food counter. They give you a number to display and food is brought to you. All beverages ordered at huge bar. Sodas and wines available. Dog friendly!

When you walk inside, you find a very beautifully crafter bar and seating area. There is a ton of seating available at the bar and outside, there was also a nice setup of picnic tables. The beer list was decent, but it was a little small. There was probably seven different choices, and two choices were crossed off. This place is known for their go fluff yourself beer, which is good. I always appreciate a lighter color beer that has flavors that are typically associated with stouts. Today I had the flying hondorf, which was pretty good. I didn't have any food, but the burgers did look tasty.

This place is the bomb. Well priced unique beer with awesome food! The $10 flights are such a good deal. The peanut butter beer is a must have. The food was also excellent, and Thursday night karaoke is always a hoot.

Nice bar and good selection of beers. The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't serve flights when we were there, and they only served beer in plastic cups, which was a bit of a drawback. Other breweries around served both flights and in proper glasses, so that's a bit of a mystery. The interior looked great and the place has a good vibe. Will consider coming back if I'm in the area again.

Fantastic beer and a professionally run operation. Was lucky enough to land here after hiking in the Adirondacks. First, the beer: Justin, one of the owners and bar tender had to convince me to try the Go Fluff Yourself. The hint of peanut butter put me off. I was so wrong that I now own the “go fluff yourself” t-shirt. This is smooth, rich and full bodied. It’s not hoppy, and shouldn’t be to render the gentle hint of peanut butter. Perfect. Next was Charlie’s Pumpkin. It had a nice finish and is a great seasonal. I was lucky enough to get a tour. This is a focused, professional brewery with eyes on expansion. Justin along with family and friends have build this business from the ground up. They keep their standards high through sweat equity and a true love both for brewing and the mighty Adirondacks. Stop in. You will love the upbeat atmosphere, the smiles, great brew and knowing that you are part of something special. Do not miss this. I’m glad I didn’t.

Overall great place. The brewery feels as it should when your in the adirondacks, like your sitting in a backwoods lake house. The beers each have clever names that relate to the ADK. The staff was very friendly and responsive, they did a great job of making us feel like locals. You can also see wildlife sitting on the porch! (Deer walking right down the road)

Very pleasant surprise after driving around! The steak was perfectly done, the falafel was great, and the beer top notch! Try the NEIPA!

My wife and I stopped by here for a second visit this past weekend while camping in the area. After a recent renovation, the space is inviting, comfortable and decorated beautifully. The service was friendly and although we did not try any this time, the food looked delicious. We both ordered from the selections, and enjoyed our beers. We chose our favorites to bring back to our campsite. If visiting the area, this is a great stop for refreshments.

I love going to FCC Brewery! It's my favorite part of my trips to Old Forge. The beer is delicious and Management is beyond friendly. They will take you for a tour of the brewery if you ask. Also, they're pet friendly! Feel free to bring your little furry friends, they'll often greet you with a cup of water for the pup, then serve you. At any given moment you can find 5+ dogs sitting around the bar. Be sure to try "Go Fluff Yourself" it's quite good!!
