Car died on Blue Ridge road this past weekend and luckily K & K was open early on Saturday AM. The area I was at is pretty remote so I was very luckily to have cell service. They sent a flatbed to scoop me and the car up. The owner Keith and the tow guy Pete were incredibly helpful. Keith even gave me two rides to/from the motel I was staying at in Indian Lake, some 30+ minutes away. The part for the car took a couple days to come in, but the car spins like a top now and I had no trouble getting back home to Rochester NY the next day. Life savers!

We got a flat tire while staying at Schroon Lake for a weekend trip to Gore Mountain. Called them on Sunday morning and they told us to come in to see if they could help us. They were able to plug the hole in our tire and replace it in less than a half hour at a very reasonable cost. Saved our day on the slopes. Can't say enough about how helpful and friendly these guys were. Thanks again.

They installed an exhaust system, then i was getting metal on metal when I used my breaks, out of nowhere. I immediately called K&K and they said they would be out in the next couple days, to take a look or tow into their shop. That was THREE MONTHS AGO. I paid them when they returned my vehicle from the first job. I have NO IDEA WHY they would not return my calls or give me a day to bring my vehicle into their shop. Now I have to have my vehicle towed to Glens Falls, living in North Creek $120 each way just to have another mechanic, take a look at the problem. THANKS A LOT K&K. Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I never recieved a call back for a promised job. I had to call another mechanic, Pottersville Garage 2 weeks later, which end up doing a way better job with a rasonable price, and find out some other problems on my truck that k&k Repairs didnt even saw.

This Repair shop is great! I broke down on 6/21/18 between Newcomb & Minerva. From the time I broke down with no cell service, a passerby (John) stopped a I wrote down a message to relay to my husband who was in North Eastern Vermont, my husband got the message when the guy reached Pottersville, my husband looked up on line the closest Repair from where I was & reached K & K Repair they sent their tow truck & got to me it was less than 2 hrs!!!!! Because of the time of day & remote location they weren't able to get they parts I needed until the next day. They really helped me out by calling around & finding me a place to stay, I had no working phone of my own. They took me nearly 10 miles away to the nearest motel & made sure I was able to stay. I called them at 10:15am, they came & picked me up. By the time I got back to my car , had them explain my repair and I was on my way by 11am!!!!! I can't tell you how happy I am with the way they handled the whole situation!!!! My husband is a mechanic but was too far away to help. Let me tell you they were more than fair on the cost!!!!!!!
