This place is a scam. Do not use them. They don’t explain that you sign up for a recurring payment membership and that if you want to cancel it you need to go through a ridiculous process. Customer service is horrible. All of your calls are forwarded to some person in Florida. Then you have to email people in Florida just to cancel a membership that you didn’t even know you signed up for to begin with. DO NOT USE this company. They are terrible! Service: Tanning

I always get the darkest tan at this location. The fans are the best & keep me cool while tanning. I would suggest Lyell Ave location above others in Rochester. Also, the manager is so sweet & accommodating. Service: Tanning

Always the 'bright' spot of my day! Very curtious, friendly staff to greet you with a smile! They keep this spacious salon clean and well maintained with booths that once you enter... you feel miles away from Rochester and Covid.. I came into town for a wedding, and let me tell you: Carrie is AMAZING! I was a little nervous because this was my first time getting a spray tan. Carrie was incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout our time there! Now we are beautifully glistened and it didn't take long at all! Thank you! 😊

I like this place because you do not have to deal in cash, you can go by using a fingerprint after you have originally paid with your credit or debit card. You just do your few minutes and off you go. Place is clean and the people working there are nice and helpful. Most of all, affordable. I got the 6-minute package and it cost me $99 for the year.

Great customer service. Every employee I have encountered is happy and eager to help in anyway they can. Zoom Tan is lucky to have each and every one of them. The only downfall is there are no beds here, only stand-ups.

This is by far the best Zoom Tan in Rochester! I have not always had a positive experience with other locations, but I can tell you that the staff and cleanliness of the salon in Gates is absolutely outstanding. As a former employee of Golden Tans (before Sun Tan City), I have always had an eye for salon cleanliness and maintenance. The bulbs are never burnt out at the Gates location (I can't say the same about the others though...) The girls are so kind and always greet you by name. I'm always reassured that if I find anything wrong to bring it to the manager's attention. If you are thinking of going to another Zoom Tan location, do yourself a favor and just tan at Zoom Tan in Gates!
