Edit on May 25, 2022 and May 29 The employees have always been a good experience for me. What really irks me is the garbage strewn all over the parking lot, in the flower beds etc. It’s all time. Does cvs have someone to pick up garbage? Market 32 has a “street cleaner” vehicle, I think every morning, to clean the parking lot. It just saddens me to see. This is an update. 5/2022 The parking lot is atrocious again. Getting into contact with management is not as easy as I’d like but I’m not giving up. Giving only one star for employees who are great. The minus other stars are messy/dirty shelves and parking lot. I still pick up a bit. Now I feel I should be paid and if no change I’m switching pharmacies. Another update. It’s May 29 and it looks glorious now! Just wanted to say good job!

Unreliable. Closed 5 hours early the night before easter, and then the next day they throw in an associate from another store without telling her where they put the UPS shipments. So that's two trips wasted to try and get my delivery.

They make me wait till the morning my daughter needs her mental health meds to fill them so every time that happens if it’s during the week she is either late to school or misses it. And they try to tell me it’s the ny state law. I worked for the dept of health you can fill ANY prescription the day before they run out at the latest. So they don’t go with out! Shame on you cvs and even bigger shame trying to lie to make you look better!

The pharmacy takes literally 15-20 minutes if you go to the drive thru. I don’t know what takes so long but you really sit there forever before someone comes to help you. Every time.

Staff are usually friendly enough but it's disgraceful how much litter you allow to pile up in your parking lot It's absolutely disgusting.

The people who work in the pharmacy department are nice enough. However, I am going to switch pharmacys. I live near by...but I am tired of being annoyed when I pull into the parking lot and walk up the steps and go in. The amount of trash is unbelievable! The land scapping is not maintained at all. It appears so dirty and not maintained. I have a choices....so I will switch to CVS on Balltown or Hannaford on Balltown.

The worst experience ever. The staff is racist and sexist. On top of it, they release medical information to third parties for monetary gains. I will be bringing in legal cases against them.

Do you need to pay more attention to prescriptions. A few times my prescription should been dye (different color) or flavored. And it never was. The color on the label was different than the color of the medication. If they can make that mistake why woundnt it be possible to make the same mistake with the medication?( put a different med in the bottle?)
