Parking and navigating this parking lot is a nightmare... also pulling out onto union st since the light is directly next to the parking lot exit...happy a new one is being built with a lot more room

The milk club is a draw. The milk is often more expensive than the grocers; but it tastes great and with the milk club punch card, the free milk you get when you fill the card makes it worth it to pay s bit more up front and get it back later and drink good milk in the meantime at a business where employees own shares in the business. The ladies working this morning are rude and loud. No sense of etiquette or how to talk to people. Don’t just scream at people when they walk in the door - a simple ‘Excuse me, ma’am’ or ‘miss’ goes a long way to start a conversation with a customer. And not yelling across the store. How about taking 30 seconds to walk over and talk?Good manners matter. Good manners = good customer service.

Went in and was waiting on line, and was forced to wait even more when it was my turn in line because I was getting ice cream. The woman, Eileen I believe her name was, was unbelievably rude. She didn’t even acknowledge us. We asked when we were going to be served, she said we had to wait. We asked for a manager, she snottily said that she was the only one on. We asked for corporates number to complain, and she said that we could just google. We told her never mind that we would just go somewhere else, she said with even more of an attitude to have a good time. I have never even been to this location before but I have no plans to go back. If I could give negative stars I would.
