Can’t recommend this shop enough. I drove up from Boston on a Thursday night and had an issue with my VW by the time I got to NY. I called Euro Car Friday morning hoping for a quick fix, as I had to head back to Boston Sunday. They told me to come in and were able to diagnosed the issue, rush order parts from Volkswagen, and get it back to me by the end of the day. They even called me Monday to make sure that I had made it back to Boston okay. Again, can’t recommend enough. Clearly very knowledgeable about German cars and genuinely want to help. Thanks guys!

Zen is the owner and his shop represents one of the best independent auto repair shops that I have ever come across. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. He works on everything from modern luxury cars (Mercedes, BMW and Porsche), to exotics cars (such as Lamborghinis, Ferraris, etc.), to "everyday" cars, and he even works on classic cars (such as a Jaguar XKE that I saw on a recent visit, and my 1971 BMW 2002). He has repeatedly saved me from performing unnecessary and misdiagnosed repairs which were recommended by other shops (including two major dealers and another local independent repair shop). He has performed excellent repair work on my cars, ranging from a modern Mercedes E350, to my 1971 BMW, among others. You will be very happy that you brought your car to Zen.
