Great atmosphere and location…beer is pretty decent…but I just can’t wrap my head around how a place that sits in an ever-growing village like this can close at 9 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, especially when they provide live entertainment those nights. I would bet an extra hour or two would be a game-changer but instead it forces people to choose the competing bars up the street that provide later hours. Some people don’t eat dinner until 730-8 on weekends lol, so stopping there after dinner is not an option.

Sours were not sour. Hefeweizen was watered down and tasteless. Staff was very friendly. Would not return to this brewery because the beer is not good.

Top notch brewing! The consistency of quality and palate presentation is unsurpassed. I have been a patron of this brewery for the past 2 years weekly to monthly and never disappointed at all. Great atmosphere and staff! I recommend this brewery to every and any beer lover I meet 😁

Great atmosphere, great service, every beer has a super smooth finish. I generally prefer an IPA with a punch, but this brew master has honed his style and made this worth the trip, however you like your brews. Moose (Paul) was an excellent tender and put us on to local resources we weren't aware of, very knowledgeable of regional breweries and trends! Fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend and will definitely return! Thank you again!!

First time out, came to check out the Sour Patch Kid Sour, it was incredible! So well done, great taste, and a cool color at that. The atmosphere was pretty neat as it is dog friendly, which made it a little interesting depending on what dogs were in there at the time. I’d recommend this place, and would definitely come back to check out other items. I think we missed out on the Kool Aid one.

Cheese balls and Jalepeno Cornbread Cream Ale. I mean, come on, you know you want the cheese balls. But more importantly the beer is fantastic. Whenever we come back to visit family, the Brindle Haus is a must stop visit. They have delicous german styles on tap, and fantastic experimental styles as well!

Haven’t had a bad tasting beer here yet! Great knowledgeable staff and friendly to boot. Brought my dog several times and they’re very loving animal people who serve great beer. Crowlers to go is a plus also

Love it at Brindle Haus! Family friendly and very comfortable. Great people and great beer. Always have 5-6 beers of their own beer plus guest taps that are always changing. This is our new Friday spot!
