I can not give more kudos to Kristen in the pharmacy. I have had numerous insurance issues for medication through our years and she is always my "go to" person to get through the red tape of insurance. She is patient and kind . She delivers . We can not thank her for everything she has done.

I scheduled a covid19 booster shot 4 times today. Each time I got a confirmation then a cancellation 10 minutes later. I called the pharmacy and the agent spoke terrible English and was no help. I couldn't understand her. She then switched me to the virtual assistant. Terrible customer service. I will go to Walgreens instead.

My muscles were sore after going back at the gym after 2 years, the pain was agonizing can’t sleep. Staff were very helpful and attentive even at 4 am. He guided me which aisle to get my salonpas. The place is safe and secured with adequate staff.

Completely unreliable and unhelpful. I had an appointment for a time sensitive covid test with this cvs. On the morning of the appointment they text me to tell me it's cancelled with zero explanation or alternatives. I spent the next 3 hours on hold for the store, the pharmacy, the minute clinic call center only to finally reach someone at the call center who said they can't reschedule my appointment and that I had to do it online, which the system wouldn't allow for same day appointments. So, when I asked the representative if there's was anything that they could do to get me a covid test today, she basically said very unapologetically that I was SOL. I informed her I would be writing a review detailing my terrible experience with cvs and minute clinic, and how nobody, including the cvs store manager would take responsibility for leaving me high and dry. She didn't seem too concerned. How's that for customer service.

I have been going to this store for more years than I can count, the Pharmacist I like to work with is Kristen is such a fantastic young lady. She always makes the time to address any questions or concerns I may have regarding my medications and always notifies me immediately if she sees a possible situation that may be headed my way and tells me her professional advice as to how I can rectify it before before hand. The rest of the staff are very helpful, Carol is the cashier that I like to deal with, because like Kristen she is always there for me and gives me great advice. The store in general is ok, but they are constantly moving things around to the point that nothing is ever in the same place as it was from my previous visit...

I recently purchased a CVS brand heating pad. It did not work. I exchanged it and the new CVS brand heating pad which also did not work. Today on 10/24/19 at 9:34 am I went to this CVS to get a refund. The cashier's name was Carol. I gave her my charge receipt and she stated that the receipt I gave her was no good because I had cut off the many coupons from the end of the receipt. She proceeded to crumble up my charge receipt and throw it in the garbage and stated that I should get a good receipt if I want a refund. After inquiry I was told I could get store credit for the sale price of the item even though I had a receipt with the purchase price on the receipt. This is not the first time I have met attitude at this store. I suggest that if you need to purchase an item even if it is less convenient that you go to as different CVS.

It's convenient to stop at this CVS since it is so close to the train station and is on my way home. The surrounding area can get congested during rush hour (4pm - 6:30pm) due to the train station. I find that the checkout line can take a long time.

Regular place, pharmacy hours are convenient. Not much staff, if you live in Syosset you get to know the workers pretty well. Receipts are super long but loaded with discounts. Quick convenience store.
