For one of the newer stores in the area, it is not well cared for. Dirty is doing it a favor, and the staff, well, 2 stand in the back corner behind the counter socializing while one cashier stands there cashing out the line of ten customers. This is a common occurance throughout the chain of stores. To me it shows corporate does not care and just wants money.

I like this particular store, people are always friendly and the store is always very clean. They get a lot of traffic both at the gas pumps and in the store. Sandwiches are good, not award winning, but they have many offerings and are by and large superior to a lot of the competition out there.

My husband and I stopped for sandwiches on our way home after work. By far the worst sandwich I've had in a long time. I had to remind the girl, after she started putting my sandwich together, that I had ordered a panini and she needed to butter my bread. She didn't ask me what I wanted on it, I had to tell her I wanted cheese. I was given a Southwest Turkey Bacon panini that was only half buttered on each slice of bread, globbed with the southwest sauce to the point where its inedible, barely any turkey on half and no mayo. My husband's sandwich wasn't any better. Will never get a sandwich there again.

Ordered a corn beef sandwich on dark rye (pumpernickel). The meat, cheese, lettuce and dressing was good, but the bread was stale. A couple of my friends that order sandwiches at another Byrne Dairy location have stated they have the same problem with the bread being stale on their sandwiches. They need to work out this problem cause people want the bread to be fresh on their sandwiches. Please fix the stale bread problem ASAP!!

Was one of the dirtiest convenience stores I have been to in a long time. The restrooms were disgusting! Overall not a great experience. The coffee was good.

Byrne Dairy across the street from the fairgrounds have a nice food menu and a few of the newest employees there are very nice. My sister just recently got hired there and then the manager turned around and terminated her. My sister is an honest great person by heart. And she is a people's person with a beautiful smile and a great personality. That's too bad for them for not giving my sister a chance. I really think they were discriminating on my sister because the majority of the employees are caucasian. My sister called in on july 4th because she couldn't make it to work because she was out of town with her family celebrating the holiday with her son and family. At least she was an adult about it and called the store too let someone know she couldn't make it in to work. And she called 2hours prior too her shift. How dare they terminate my sister and the manager there is some heavy set short female with glasses on with black hair and she think she own the store. The manager there was very rude too my sister and she really didn't give my sister a chance. And to be honest i think they were jealous of her. My sister was to good too be working there. She comes from a good family with good careers. My sister is going to school for her RN degree in nursing and having a job in the process is good. Me and my family is very proud of her and wish her nothing but greatness we are very supportive of her. She also got a job interview coming up and they pay better then the byrne dairy was paying my sister $11.25 an hour. No one can survive off of that kind of pay. Good luck to the Byrne dairy across the street from the fairgrounds they lost one of the greatest people ever.

Went during a busy lunch rush. If you have never been to a new Byrne dairy store layout, you had best give yourself time to investigate where things are and where to place orders for milkshakes, subs, salads, etc. They provide a lot of food service. Looking forward to their next new location on west Genesee street where dennys used to be
