Love delta but their employee Bryce that was operating the wash was inconsiderate. Response to owner: The way he motioned the cars to come into the car wash was ignorant and this isn't the first employee you've had to do this. He did the same thing to a few other people. There's a reason that cars wait until they are motioned. Mine is because I'd rather not mess up and scratch my rims if I'm not lined up the right way. So it would be nice if you could train some of your employees to have better customer service skills. Service: Auto detailing

Shout out to “carlee” (my apologies if I’m spelling his name wrong, I only glanced his name tag while inspecting my car) (he calls himself “island boy”) he does a FANTASTIC job! I have unlimited basic interior (recommend to anyone who likes their car kept clean) I come at least once if not twice a week for a cleaning. Sometimes I find grass still on the carpet, mud on the door jams and crumbs in the center console. (Yes I understand the cleaning is basic but I’m expecting a vac and wipe) They will usually ask if things look ok, and if it’s something small I’ll ask them to fix it there but every once in a while I feel that it really should go back around again and I just come back another day (hence the unlimited being a plus). Yesterday was a come back another day kind of job and I returned today and had him clean my car! I’m very happy with the job he did! I can tell he actually takes pride in his job and isn’t just going through the motions to say it was done. This particular employee is a keeper! I truly hope you find more employees like him!

Please ignore any negative comments. This place is amazing and has the best staff. Rachel and Jennah are the absolute best and make the process so quick and easy. So friendly and went above and beyond to see my car was cleaned properly. I felt like I drove away with a brand new car. All the staff in general seem to like their jobs and that's not always the case these days. Friendly smiling faces 😁. Services: Steam cleaning, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto detailing

Got the basic detailing package for my car's interior today. When I got it back about half an hour later, I couldn't even tell that anything had been done to it. It looked like someone waved a vacuum over the hatch and floors and drove it right back up front. There were dry clumps of dirt and dried yogurt on the seats (I have young kids) that came off under my fingernails after I picked it up -- clearly, nobody even wiped the seats with a wet cloth of any kind. Extremely disappointing, you should avoid this place. Service: Auto detailing

So the customer service was top tier. The man that greeted me was so sweet and helpful and I appreciate him a lot. That being said the cleaning was 1000% not worth what I paid for it. 84$ for a extreme clean and a seat shampoo… there was a huge amount of stuff still left in the center console and I had car wipes and I will add a pic of the wipes directly after the cleaning. There are still stains all down the side of the seat which I recognize may be alot harder to clean because it’s in between but I mean the top part could be cleaned. I’m not satisfied but the tops of the seats were cleaned so it wasn’t for nothing. If your car is really dirty or needs a good clean I wouldn’t go here. If you need a light dusting …. It is time for syracuse to find another unlimited car wash. These folks do not have the capacity anymore. Too many people have that unlimited car wash and you cannot even get in anymore. Sometimes there is an unsafe line all the way out in the road just to get a car wash. Which not only causes a safety issue but stops traffic. Delta needs to add another location or do something about the long lines. There are THREE lanes to WAIT in for a ONE bay car wash. Something isn’t right.

For a car wash and gas station, this place is fancy. They've got a nice lounge where you can sit while you're car is being detailed. There's also a cafe with sandwiches and pizza and such. Seems to be a little better quality than typical gas station food. Overall the location is clean, including the bathrooms, something that the typical gas station falls short on usually. Prices seemed reasonable for gas and food. I think the detailing may have been a bit pricey, but I didn't catch all the options, so they may have something more reasonable in between the full detail and the basic wash. If you just need gas any gas station would do, but I think you go here for a quality car wash, something they appear to do better than the typical car wash you find out behind the gas station. On nice days get here early to get in line though. The lines for the car wash a usually spilling into the parking lot, giving the impression that they're packed.

I'm very happy with Delta Sonic. Since I've moved further away from it I make sure to gas up and get my vehicle washed there whenever I'm in the area. Usually the best gas price around and even better with their card. I also pay the monthly fee for unlimited car washes there. Good stuff.

Place is a madhouse! Any time, day or night. People FLY thru the lot to get to the car wash, don't care about the cars trying to get to the pumps or people walking thru the lot. I'm surprised no ones been killed! The gates at the wash never work, so there's always a jam of cars trying to get into the wash. Everyone just piles in, there's no order! It's like people would rather have an accident, then wait an extra 60seconds to get into the wash. Just entering that lot makes me lose faith in humanity! We pay for the unlimited plan on 2 vehicles & over the last 2 months have had to take the cars elsewhere to get washed multiple times. Every time there's an issue, we've called or gone inside to tell somebody & pretty much get an "oh well, sorry" response. Other than that, it's great! Inside they have a great selection of drinks & road snacks. Pizza is good, Tim Horton's is great. ATM. Clean bathrooms. Cheapest gas around with the membership. They need to figure out a way to better organize the car wash or extended the hours of operation for the wash.
