USE THIS SERVICE! I had an emergency last night where my stick shift was stuck, and disconnected from its place. I called Ralph, and he was there in less than 10 minutes, at 9:30pm. Instead of towing my car and taking my money, he got down on the ground and fixed it on the spot. I was able to drive home safely, thanks to him. He explained everything very well, and I appreciated his patience and thoroughness. He was kind enough to walk away without payment, so hopefully a good review will suffice! Daughter stranded on Interstate in snow pile, called RC to help, they removed snow that was up to hood in front of vehicle charged 100.00 and left. No receipt, wouldn't tow her off interstate. It's terrible how they took advantage of 2 young people stranded and left them in danger on highway before making sure they could move out of harms way.
