My post is a little late. We ate here several times about a month ago and we're not disappointed. The guys behind the counter were very friendly and attentive. The pizza is delicious ranging from just plain cheese pie to specialties. Lastly I like the fact that the owners respond to the reviews. I used to go to Mama Teresa's as a kid but their service and attention to the customer seems to be lost. I will continue to go to frantoni's when I'm in town.

Frantoni’s Pizzeria & Restaurant is a small place with informal dining. Most customers come for takeout or slices which they buy from the counter and sit themselves at the bare top tables. The place offer various sodas, about four different beers, and one white and one red wine by the glass. In the time we were there (Saturday 19:30,) we did not see table service. You have to get up and retrieve your order from the counter when the food is ready. We ordered a Grandma pie, two different bottles of beers, and ate with plastic utensils and paper plates. The service was friendly. As to the food; the Grandma pie was ok; not great; it lacked crispness (pizza pan insufficiently oiled?.) We asked that they cook the pie some more to achieve the crispness of the topical Grandma Pizza, but as son as it cooled down a little, it went limp again. The tomato taste of the pizza lacked the typical acidity of the tomatoes of San Marzano (I do not know which tomatoes they use.) The mozzarella was mild, and the thickness of the dough was as a Grandma pie should be. Overall, if you were to close your eyes while eating the pizza, it could pass for a regular NY style pizza, you could fold the slice and eat it!. We will not come back to this pizzeria for Grandma pizza, but for a regular slice and the friendly counter service.

The food is good but the surface is horrible. They used to be so much more efficient and when they gave you a delivery time it was accurate now lately it’s at least a half an hour to 45 minutes later than what they tell you and they don’t call you and tell you there’s a delay you have to call them. They give you no adjustment and no apology I really don’t think I would use them again.

Alway a good experience at Frantoni’s. Good food and the folks are there are great. A true neighborhood pizza joint with amazing combinations. I stop in whenever I’m in the neighborhood!

Ordered here after 2 people in the same day recommended. We ordered the chicken vodka sauce 18” I like that the pizza was large and had a decent amount of toppings. Unfortunately, it was burnt and disgusting. After taking a bolus of insulin before eating my 2 slices I discovered that it was burnt on the bottom and inedible. Obviously we didn’t have other dinner plans or food to cook for the night and I ended up eating a bowl of cereal so I didn’t become hypoglycemic. Probably not your typical review but we won’t be back.

What has happened???? Received Cold unmelted Calzone no sauce when asked for extra. Called and they did nothing. This is the 5 the mistake in 2 months. Last month my dinner was missing. I am done. They should appreciate their customers more. I have been a customer since they opened.

It’s where we like to get our Grandma pie, and at times our Grandma pie with some toppings. Consistently delicious.

Frantoni's Williston Park has the best grandma's on the planet!! Great pizza place! I actually drove to Frantoni's during the power outage from Lindenhurst during Hurricane Sandy to charge my phone and pick up a grandma pie. This pizza is worth going a distance of ground for. We need El Presidente Dave Portnoy to come and rate your pizza it's that good!!

Best pizza in town! Love their rigatoni ala vodka and lasagna slice. They're upside down slice is also a great must have. No parking lot, but there are curbside spots available along hillside and most likely on broad st.
