Aggressively RUDE pharmacy staff. As I walked away, another shopper standing nearby commented “that was intense,” referring to the treatment I received. I WILL be switching pharmacies. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Cashier made a passive aggressive comment mocking me for using self checkout. Doesn't seem very friendly towards people checking out intimate items

The pharmacists there are very rude and I had to block them because they kept calling me 3 times a day and leaving messages even after i blocked them, when someone put my number in their profile, when i called and asked if they could take my number off the profile the lady on the phone said i took it off bye and hung up on me.

I have a son that has schizophrenia and was just recently diagnosed we went there to get our medication and the guy Bob that works at the window did not inform us that he only gave us 2 out of the 3 medications medications and failed to tell us that the anti psychotic medication would not be available because there was an insurance issue and because of his lack of communication and he did not let us know we went 2 days without that meanwhile my son has been contemplating suicide finally we got the medication, there's no reason for such unprofessionalism this is the worst place in the world, customer service is terrible and the guy Bob, that works to the window needs to retire hes horrible And a very rude! Because CVS is such massive company, nothing will be done to improve this process, This is the Beaufort N.C location!

After 2 weeks trying to get a prescription filled, I am giving up. I went in to pick it up after they called me to say it was ready and when I got there, they said the prescription had expired. What? So they said they would reach out to my Dr and request it be approved. Several days later, I called CVS to find out the status and they said they were still waiting on my Dr. So I called my Dr. who told me they approved it 2 weeks ago and then also confirmed that CVS sent them back an email confirming receipt of the prescription. I called CVS again today and gave them this information. I was told they didn't have any record of that so I told her my Dr. offered to give a verbal approval over the phone and she said she would call and get back to me. 3 hours later, I hadn't heard anything so I called back and talked to someone else and was told the same thing, they hadn't heard from the Dr. so I asked if they called her and they just said "we're still waiting to hear back". I have never had issues with CVS over the past 10 years that I have used them but this location is terrible and I will not use again. If you're looking for an alternative in Beaufort, call Beaufort Drug; I called them and told them my situation and the woman I spoke with was so pleasant and she's taking card of it for me! One more reason to shop small and local whenever possible!

Just picked up my prescription and yet again the price is whatever they want to charge you that day. Is just omeprazole wich I can get from Harris teeter 3 month supply for less than $50. Other place with Good RX card it's like $10 a month. Today was $110. Last time it was $70 and hey tell me well it would be 190 but we got it down for you. I'm over this place and their random all over the ace prizes. Will be switching my pharmacy won't be going there anymore. Miss the days of medical park east.

Unfriendly pharmacy staff, they never answer the phone in pharmacy, they see you standing at the desk to pick up your RX's, but leave you wait and don't even say someone will be with you. Waiting in line is usually over 10 mins long, and this happens ALL THE TIME, I very much dislike this store

Used to be good service but since they took over for medical park pharmacy service has gone to 0. If there was an option to put no stars I would. Will not answer the phone have even set on hold well over an hour no one ever picked up. Finally went to store every customer at the counter was either politely complaining or screaming. My wife has been without her blood pressure medication for a week. Was even told by employee they do not have time to answer phone. Another employee stated all they do all day is put up prescriptions that have been canceled...(I would assume from people tired of waiting!) Three other customers at the counter finally left claiming they were moving to another pharmacy. I as well am working on doing the same thing today. Taking on Medical Parks work load may have been some corporate big wigs idea of increasing business but when customer service goes to zero in the long run they are going to loose their customers. Saddest part about it Pharmacists and employees really do not seem to care one way or the other. Soo long CVS!!! Been Nice Knowing You!!!

I wish no stars was an option. I've used CVS for decades in 4 different states and have never had so many issues. Scripts not received when I was in the doctor's office when it was called in, scripts not ready when they've sent me a text message telling me to pick it up, medication not in stock (more than once), the list is endless. I've heard that it's because they are understaffed or because they have been overwhelmed with customers from a nearby pharmacy closing. I guess I don't really care why. It's not acceptable, I'm moving my scripts to another location.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Blaming doctors offices for their incompetence, texting that your script is ready when it's not, medications not in stock, wait times, and the list just keeps going. Bob the pharmacist couldn't be a bigger a-hole if he was strapped under the tail of a elephant. I have insurance but the script side is exclusively CVS, sorry but I will pay full price at Walgreens they are that bad here.
