I hesitated a little bit in the doorway when confronted by busy pool tables but we found a seat at the bar and had some tacos. Not the delicate kind with 10 ingredients. These were hearty portions, simple ingredients you might use at home, and ultimately exactly what I was craving at the time. Also a nice opportunity to talk to locals. Very glad we stopped here!

When I asked a local where they go to eat and drink, because I'm disappointed with high priced tourist trap restaurants that serve mediocre food for premium prices, they suggested Lighthouse Sports Bar. We were pleasantly surprised with this casual, no-frills good food and cold beer spot. So, if you get tired of dining on overpriced fried seafood platters or fru-fru entrees that look like abstract art pieces that leave you hungry, then follow the advice of the locals. Get full and happy at half the price here.

We live around the area and it was storming today so we decided to come in to get some wings and beer. Melissa was the only one working the front. She is absolutely amazing. She was extremely friendly. The bar was very busy and she never broke a sweat and kept a smile on her face the whole time. Food was amazing and came out fast. We had wings, shrimp and the smothered fries. The bar was cleaned and she bust down her tables after they got up and left. As we left more help arrived to help her out.

One of the best buffalo chicken wraps we have ever had! This was one of the only places open during tornado winds that day and we were glad they were. Bar type atmosphere with friendly staff.

What a great spot!! Coming down here on the off season definitely has its challenges. The boys wanted good wings, so we gave this place a shot based upon their menu and reviews. The food and service were exceptional!!!! The wings and steak and cheese were incredible. Our server rocked it!

This is THE NEIGHBORHOOD BAR situated across historic Hatteras Lighthouse. This is the place where locals go for good food and strong drinks. One of the very few places opened during the off season, Lighthouse Sports Bar has all the bar classics - wings, nachos, fries, burgers, and dogs. Make sure to visit Lighthouse Sports Bar whether on or off season for some great food with awesome locals. And don’t forget to see the haunted tree.

Great place to stop for lunch after a morning on the water. We were craving cheeseburgers and they did not disappoint! Blue cheese burger, and Buxton burger were really good. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, good food. Love trying new places and this one makes the grade!

Bustling little sports bar, several TVs , pool tables. Went for a late lunch. Enjoyed seating on a outdoor deck. The food was generous and delicious... homemade tortilla chips were a bit hard or overcooked. Very good sweet tea. Overall a nice place and reasonable prices. See photos

Super nice staff. Flippy and Coral are a fantastic duo. Great place to enjoy a break from the sun and sand if you're hungry or thirsty. I could tell the kitchen put love into every dish too.

The wings were the BOMB!! Light crisp to them. The hot BBQ sauce was on point! The onion petals and sauce were phenomenal! Hubby had a Buffalo chicken wrap that he said was great! Staff were all really nice and professional. Restaurant was clean and spaced to accommodate the state restrictions.
