I expressed that my account was hacked after banking with them since 1998 and was told they couldn't see me, that I had to book an appointment! I understand we are dealing with COVID but there was also only one other customer in the branch to be seen and at minimal of 3 inside tellers, NOT including the tellers that were at the windows. They were staffed enough to be able to handle my transactions. Very inconsiderate considering the facts that I presented to them. I will never be back to that branch and I will not sludge that anyone else do either. If you are looking for a bank that cares go to the State Employee bank. I went there next to handle all needed steps to move everything over with out any delays and had wonderful customer service!!

Needed to cash some bonds, not a customer at Wells Fargo but they were exceptionally courteous, efficient, and genuinely hospitable in all other interactions I saw.

Good customer service but disappointed that they've been back ordered on Wells Fargo money bags for months. I make business deposits daily and do not feel comfortable carrying big sums of cash without a money bag.

I had sold a piano on offer up. The buyer lives all the way out in CA and I didn't really think much about it and thanks to the management there. It turns out that the check was fake and it was about to go into my checking account. Thank you for saving me form a whole lots of trouble. I'm going to be extra careful when sell online now.
