small coffee has went from 3 dollars to 5 dollars. This is ridiculous no way it’s that much when the app shows cheaper in Raleigh. A latte should not be cheaper then a regular coffee. Will not return with these prices.

Knock off Starbucks with cheap watered down coffee but higher price than Starbucks. Almost $6 for a cup of coffee to just dump it after 2 sips.

Got a white chocolate mocha and an americano, didn’t even smell faintly like coffee, I tasted it and tasted like old white chocolate. Without a doubt this is the worst cup of coffee I ever tasted, spilled it on the ground. Maybe Im spoiled in the PNW but someone that owns this shop needs to figure it out, you took almost $10 from me, I work hard for my money.

Got a medium latte. Milk was not textured, espresso had very vague taste. Not a great drink.

They need extra help in here . It’s not the peoples fault but caribou needs to put descriptions on the posters of what the drinks all included in them . Ordered a campfire mocha , did not like it at all . Had to go somewhere else’s to get better coffee .

Stopped for a 2nd time at the Kenly location. Coffee is pretty good. Small shop in a travel plaza. Columbian light roast was good and workers very nice. Great place to stop when traveling. Nice selection of beans for sale. Very good chain coffee

Tried Caribou Coffee for the 1st time. Not bad, not good middle of the road coffee. Wouldn't go out of my way if I had other options. WAY better than Starbucks. Starbucks is wretched. I don't understand why people want to drink coffee that tastes burnt. Tim Hortons is still the coffee to beat. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese. They bagged it and I left. Didn't realize they didn't actually put the cream cheese on the bagel. When I got around to eating it, I opened the bag to see tubs of cream cheese. The bagel was cold by this point and the cheese still cold made it a bit difficult to spread. Wish I had known this before I left. I have to think this is a pandemic safety thing. Under normal circumstances I'd expect my cheese to already be on the bagel and melting. 1st world problems, right? Lol. Friendly staff at Caribou coffee.

When I was up in MN I always got Caribou. Heck alot better than Star sucks . The coffee and food is great here. The only thing I would say needs fixing is that they rotate employee through stores ( Caribou, Subway, etc..), so sometimes the consistency kinda lacks between visits every so often. But Everytime I'm over in the area I stop here.

The lady at Caribou Coffee was so sweet and my mint mocha was awesome. The ladies inside were super nice, I got 2 waters and the bathrooms were clean and they had a nice changing area for kiddos.
