This store was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. The manager was extremely rude and the was incapable of doing her job. After several attempts to use digital coupons and being told I didn't have them clipped I showed proof that they were there and the "manager " failed to have the intelligence, skill set, compression and desire to ovrride the transaction or call for assistance. I was in absolutely shock with the lack of knowledge and disregard for her job and ability to accommodate the customer. I am so saddened and disappointed with my experience and upset I was not able to complete my transaction I had some very much needed items for my sick child (who was with me)that I was unable to get . She showed no compassion.

I never have to worry about the cleanliness of this store. The staff is always friendly and there is a younger guy there that is so polite and helpful.

While this store stocks a large variety of well-priced merchandise, it always seems to be untidy and somewhat unclean, and the store representatives exhibit behavior counter to what I consider good customer service.

Cashier had no mask on and several customers were allowed in without...but the sign on the door said without a mask you are not allowed in???

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE !! Last night I was in Family Dollar returning a few items and there was another lady in front of me. We had been waiting for 5 minutes or so when the manager looks over from a couple isles and see us standing there, she YELLS at her employe by the name Ravyn (as if she is yelling for an animal) to come up to the the register. We stand again for another 5 minutes waiting; the MANAGER again SCREAMS for her employe to come check us out... the employe heard her and said “yes ma’am - I’m coming” she didn’t hear her or see us because she was in the BACK of the store stocking up. The manager was maybe 8ft from the register but insisted on yelling at her employe instead of helping us herself. I get to the register to return my items and the employe calls over the manager to help. They start logging in and doing the return; I was then asked to fill out a receipt with my name and address. I start to do so and half way through writing my address the manager starts throwing her hands up and rolling her eyes at me just for following the directions I was given. My friend caught her and told me “ just stop she’s getting mad “ I ask if there’s a probably and she rolls her eyes AGAIN! I shared a comment about how maybe she should not yell at her employees and approach them with the same respect as her customers. I felt terrible for the employee set aside my situation and call the store, I ask for the manager and ask for her name and corporate office number. The manager then hangs up the phone and wouldn’t answer the next 3 times I called. AWFUL AWFUL lady that should not be in a manger position. Not to mention you can barely get around the place with half of the stocked items in the walk way.

Was passing through town stopped to get a drink and a snack and was not allowed to use the restroom. If you sell food to the public you have to allow access to restrooms.

They need More help there.. It's kinda like Wal-mart.. They expect the small staff to do everything which is impossible! They need someone to Keep Stock on the shelves.

This place is great with keeping merchandise stocked and in order and good layout of merchandise. My only complaint is that employees attitude toward customers in a long line waiting to check out. First off another employee was just standing around (clocked in) not being helpful with getting customers checked out quickly and getting the line down or she should had at least been in the back helping her other Co~workers unload the truck, instead this lady just watched as the line got longer, customers got impatient, and a few left. While the cashier made rude comment about not wanting to here about waiting in line from customers. Very unprofessional employees

Staff was super nice. Witnessed them being as helpful as they could. 4 instead of 5 has nothing to do with employees. Some of the main isles were lined with product making it hard to get to things and I will need to go back because of prices on signs and recipe doesn't match.
