Frustrating that they won’t deliver packages because they claim the driveway is blocked. We had a small dumpster on one side of our drive. UPS and FedEx were driving up to the house with no problem (in their much larger trucks) multiple times a day. Just lazy of the mail carrier to refuse to deliver.

I agree about the lousy customer service. I used to like this location over one closer to me because it was easier to access, plus the counter help used to be friendly, translation...polite. I'm sorry if they aren't happy with their jobs but they are in a customer service job, they need to act like it.
