Literally waited in line for 30 min while the two workers chatted and put away supplies and then proceeded to tell me store closes at 11 cause it’s slow when they close at midnight. Only thing in area open. Ridiculous. Will never come back

The burger was slightly burnt along the edges, but otherwise the food and service were great! One of the staff even offered my daughter a Burger King crown. Kid-friendliness: Great options for the kids and the play area was wonderful!

The service was good and the food was fair but wow this place is a dump. Weeds growing all over. The interior is dated and damaged. Bathroom smells of mold and looked like something you'd find in a small town gas station. Not exactly a place I would want to eat again. You are better off using the drive thru or leaving this place in your rearview mirror.

Burger King at one time was best place in Jamestown to get a burger. It appeared to always have customers. I won't be going back

The quality of food they serve has gotten horrible! The lettuce on my burger was brown and molted, the guacamole was also brown (should be green 🤔) the onions were also slightly brown... Also really hit or miss if you want any kind of sauce. They will ask but usually don't put the sauce in the bag. If I could give it half a star that's where it would be.

Dirty, food sucks, ketchup dispenser has hair coming out of it. Everything from windows tables to where they cook ur food is dirty. I would shut them down if i was a health inspector.

Ease of placing order in drive thru. Was told to pay at window 2. Window 2 not marked. Has only 2 windows but apparently the first window is window 2. No one collected my money within 5 minutes for a fast food place so I left and went to Arbys.
