Very rude teller. She was more worried about going through her phone to showing pictures instead of waiting on the customers at the counter. When she finally did wait on them she was very nasty because they asked for a bag of ice. I will not ever shop this dollar general again!

Would give 4 stars but I took my son in there with change he collected to buy a Google play card. So he saved his money and gave to them they were put off and made rude comments. I'm trying to teach my son about money. It's change its all money if u have a problem with taking it then u shouldn't be running a cash register 💯

My wife and I were at the store today the manager was very helpful and made sure all the carts and the baskets were sanitized.My wife has been to the other 2 stores in Ashtabula and this is by far the most friendliest out of all of them.

I love this store! It is the one on East Prospect in Ashtabula, Ohio. The employees are always very friendly. The store is clean and well organized. I really like that the refrigerated and freezer items are right up front. I stop in here all the time!

Fast and friendly, had the phone for simple mobile I wanted in stock. Less than $50 can't beat that! They seemed clean and well organized. Busy on a Sunday evening is always a good sign they are doing a good job.

All of the Dollar General stores in the area are fairly new. They are all clean and well lit. I find the prices to be good on most things. Perishables are more pricey but that it understandable for a convenience store. I prefer that quick stop to walking acres in the bigger stores and waiting long lines. I like these stores so much better than the Family Dollar stores, sorry, but they just smell when you walk in the door.
