This place is currently costing me money! You're "tainted gas" has pretty much ruined my truck making it hard and a little expensive to commute. Called the customer service # provided on all news sites and the guy I spoke with "Frank" was extremely rude. As if someone doesn't have the right to find out WHEN will this situation be rectified! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I went and bought 2 24Oz coffees for myself and another nurse and instead of standing there and putting the creams in I used a donut bag and put some creamers inside there and went to the register. well since she thought I grabbed to many creams she charged me for an extra coffee. It’s the largest cup of coffee and I can’t just use 1 or 2 creams so why should it matter? I’ve spend lots of money in this gas station since I’ve started working in Avon lake. After today they will no longer get another penny from me.

There is a sign on the door stating you must wear a mask to enter. I was the only person with one on. When I asked the cashier why they are not enforcing what the sign said she shrugged her shoulders.
