Ugh, I hate leaving not-so-great reviews, but I wish I had known what the wine was like here before we went. Went here to do a wine tasting with a friend of mine. We like to check out various wine shops and have done a lot of tastings around town, so we aren't wine newbies. Tried Mio Vino since they had such high ratings. We were the only ones there. It's a cute place, and we chatted with the people who worked there. We didn't realize they make their own wine from mixes they get or something....? We tried several tastes, but it was all not good. If you like sweeter or fruity wines, maybe you will like the wine. I kept thinking if I could add Sprite and ice and make it more of a wine cooler, then I might like it. I even tried some of the regular wines like Sangiovese (usually one of my favorites) and chardonnay. Again, my friend and I left there thinking all of the wine we tried was not wine we would buy or choose to drink again. So, I guess if you're looking for fruity or sweeter wine, then you may like it. This place could be fun for a party where maybe you don't care what you're drinking. But if you're more of a regular wine drinker who knows and appreciates good wine (like my friend and me), then you probably won't like their wine.

This place is the only place in Ohio where you Hand craft your own wine! You pick a wine you want to make and the guy shows you how to do everything - they even print the wine bottle labels for you. First “micro winery” that I have ever visited and it was great - very enjoyable, laid back wine bar - had an excellent time. Wonderful selection of wines and both the wine and appetizers were very reasonably priced. We enjoyed the game shelf and the hospitality Mike showed us. Will certainly be back here soon.

This place is a gem! It’s fun, they let you create and bottle your own wine and the selections of wines are so good! The employees make you feel special, they aim to make sure you’re having a great experience and I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to throw a party or just stop by for a drink with friends.

We hosted my sister's 70th birthday party here. First, the incredible staff walked us through making our own batch of wine. From the initial process, to bottling and labeling the wine, the staff was fun, accomodating and knowledgeable. The atmosphere for the party was incredible. I highly recomend Mio Vino. Not only for their incredible wine, but their hospitality as well!

Besides having the best wine I've ever had, this micro winery is one of my favorite places to get a drink and hang out with my friends. Its not snobby like most wine places and its not sleepy like most bars. It the perfect in between place for hooligans like myself. Freking love this place so much.

I hosted my sister's bridal shower here, and as a first time Maid of Honor with little knowledge on how to plan a bridal shower, I could not have asked for a better staff and venue. Brian, the owner of Mio Vino, is beyond helpful in answering any questions and concerns. He was constantly corresponding with me to address any problems I had, and even got my labels printed on time after an error I made. Christie, the bartender, is also amazing. She is so wonderfully outgoing, and her presence at the shower added to the amazing time everyone had. She was so attentive to the guests and was constantly offering her assistance to me. Whatever I needed, these two were there to help and ensure the best. I chose the Soiree package, and got 30 small "split" bottles that the guests were able to bottle and label (which Brian walked them through the process) themselves to bring home as party favors. My guests absolutely loved this, and said it was such a memorable experience. In addition, they allow you to bring in your own food which is a perk not being forced to use caterers. They allow you to enter the venue an hour before your event to set up, but you hardly need to decorate because the inside is already gorgeous! The amazing wine and outstanding service made my sister's bridal shower one my guests can't stop talking about. Thank you Mio Vino!

My friend and I went for lunch. It’s one of a few places we don’t have to strain to to hear! The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant. We both ordered medium pizzas: chef’s choice and barbecue chicken. They were both absolutely delicious and we had leftovers! We enjoyed our experience.
