This is the most pathetic pharmacy I’ve ever seen. When it takes me over 30 minutes to get my prescription that’s already ready that is terrible service they have one tech working the window one tech working inside there 10+ cars deep inside the pharmacy line is almost back to the freaking front door yet don’t hire anybody no excuses unacceptable customer care I will happily take my business elsewhere !

I wrote a review 5 days about my frustration with the lack of protection this Kroger had during this pandemic. I had to go into the store to return items yesterday and was very much relieved and impressed the difference 4 days made. I went in during the early hours of 7 to 9 so I Can’t account for the rest of the day but all employees had mask and I was especially happy to see that the self check outs were being cleaned and will maintained. I was happy to see the other shoppers mostly all wearing mask and following safe distancing. I had been getting click list since the start of the pandemic and hopefully I will be able to Do my own shopping since I have seen the precautions Krogers are implementing.

Seriously been going there with no problems until they had me sign up for their Kroger RX card then they had to reimburse me for $200. The next month the pharmacist had me waiting for over an hour to come tell me they won't fill my script anymore without even a reason!!
