The laziest workers around. Since having a baby, I use order pickup a lot to refrain from having to shop with a newborn. Every time I do it, without fail, there are “items unavailable” in my order that they claim they made every effort to substitute for me. Last time this happened, I decided to go in and look for myself because there was no way they were out of stock of them. And of course, the shelves were FULLY stocked with both things they claimed they didn’t have. I mentioned it to the employee when I went to pick up the rest of my order after finding the “unavailable” items myself, and she didn’t even care. Just laughed awkwardly and then put my order in my car. They shouldn’t provide this service if their workers are too lazy to even do it right.

Kroger is a great place to shop. Although a tad bit pricy with the effects of inflation, I love this place. Still a little dirty though... I lick the floors to test the sanitation, but I get a cold everytime. Oh well, still gets 5 stars from me.

This is only a reflection on Pharmacy Department. I was hung up on 3x, before I got to even speak with anyone. Now I have to drive there hoping prescriptions are ready so I dont waste my gas. Very unprofessional

Bakery - I called in a cake order 4 days prior to my daughter's 3rd birthday. We ordered the Frozen II Mythical Journey cake (from the Kroger's website) The woman I spoke with was nice but I could tell there was a language barrier. I spoke as clearly as I could, repeated spelling and colors etc multiple times. I just went to pick up the cake and it is totally not what I expected... Things were the opposite of what I said, and it's not even Frozen looking.. 2 stars because at least they have her name right! My advice, go in and order your cakes, so you can physically show them which cake you are requesting.

This Kroger has a great selection of plants. I found the wine on a Major Bargain. The bathroom is very stinky and unclean. Handle that bathroom cleaning Kroger, not very sanitary.
