Got warm and mushy fries the last time we was there. Wasn't happy. What happened to fresh fries guys?!. You had the best fries in Greenville. So I thought.

Ordered thru the door dash app. When food arrived we were missing quite a bit. Missing an entire meal in fact, nuggets, fries, dipping sauce, straws, napkins. Very disappointed in the service we recieved. Not to mention the fries we did recieve were almost completely cold.

Super fast service. Staff was awesome. Only had a single order and was in and out of the line in no time. Bought the food for someone else so can't comment on the food itself but I bet it was good based on thr service alone. I don't get over that way often but I'll remember to visit this place again next time I'm that way. No complaints. Job well done to all the staff here.

About every other time I come here, the sandwiches are cold. They have no drive thru skills. When you say I'll be a minute, I'm not expecting you to take 5 to 10... there were only 2 cars in front of us and because yall took so long lost 2 cars worth of business... we've drove away from your drive thru multiple times because of your employees not taking our orders. McDonald's will have twice as many cars, we pull up they take our order immediately, while still serving others, we even have to wait sometimes for our food to come out, but in literally less time than it takes yall to even ask waht we want. Just sad...

5 cars including myself in the drive through, with the inside completly closed, yet I waited in line for over 10 minutes, the only movement was from people leaving the line. After leaving the line myself, because it had been so long and by the time I would've gotten my order it would've been an hour, I could see inside the building 3 different workers standing around on phones and not doing anything. Definitely wouldn't go if you value time even a little.

Horrible. I waited over a half hour from the time I got in line to when I got my food. They where out of chili. I ordered the Asiago meal. If I have to wait over 10 min from when I place my order to when I get my food I expect the chicken to be fresh. It looked like it had been sitting for hours. The chicken was dry and sad, fries cold and last I checked the Asiago chicken sandwich does not include onions. I've been trying all afternoon to reach someone over the phone bc I have been at work and nobody picks up the phone. I wanted to talk to someone in person before leaving a review. Update. I went back after trying to call all day yesterday and today. Waited another half hour in line. Was told they can't do anything without a receipt. If I could give negative stars I would. Calling corporate about this.

They are very slow. They do not answer their phones. They are very sloppy in their presentation. Very long lines. Very nasty management. I would not recommend Wendy's. I don't understand why they're lobby is not open and I find that very unacceptable. If I could I would give them a zero star instead of one. When you're doing doordash you also have to wait in line which causes those carriers to be late with orders and causes them to lose money due to the amount of time they have to wait in line.

Pulled up to the drive through and was literally asked to leave due to a "shift change" making them unable to take orders. You should give a time of how long it would be at least and not ask customers to leave. This place is horrible.

Waited 20 minutes behind 2 people and I Ordered two sandwiches and for one of them I just received a honey mustard packet overall just very disrespectful service. I get the workers are underpaid but come on screwing someone over after just getting off working outside isn't the way if you want the job to be better then unionize the place for better wages but this stuff won't help yall

So asked for no blue cheese as stated on the receipt but got it but didnt get any pecans on my pecan salad. Come on Wendy's you have to be better than this. You get a 2 because what I did receive after removing said blue cheese is pretty good so way to go there. Just went again tonight asked for the same salad and guess what blue cheese again and no pecans again. They also gave me a spoon to eat a salad, no straw for my drink, and no napkins. Just embarrassing. So disappointed.
