If I could give zero stars I would. Went in today and paid for my purchase and requested cash back. The manager then told me they could not do cash back and " common sense told me I should have asked permission first, and that it was not her problem it was my problem to figure out" on how I was getting either the cash back for a refund for my transaction. Manager was so rude and yelled in the store. Never have I recieved such poor customer service. Will never be back.

If I can give this store zero Stars that's what it's worth this place is disgusting nasty there's product all on the floor people kicking things all over the place. The shells are so bare it's pitiful and the lines go all the way back to the cooler section. Here's the funny thing there's always three people in the store one on the register and always two people in the office on their cell phones doing nothing. This store needs to be looked at investigated or the whole staff needs to be fired because this is a bad store to shop at. If I knew Google was going to ask me how I felt about this store I would have took pictures my next adventure into the Dollar tree I will post pictures

I understand it can be an inconvenience if somebody doesn't have the money for their purchase. But the cashiers should not get so testy and keep a smile on their face and at least try and be decent until the customer decides to get nasty

the clerk said tonight this store was going to be a dollar tree plus and the new price scheme will be 3, 5 and 10 dollars. The items you now pay a buck and a quarter will soon be 3 dollars. They won't be in business long.

Update: Nothing has changed at this location except the prices. Filthy, chaotic and incredibly rude employees. I don't give a negative review lightly, but after consistently poor service and the state of the store, it's warranted. The place is an absolute mess. Do they ever bother to tidy the shelves or actually clean? I certainly don't believe sanitizing is taking place. The cashiers are rude. There are no excuses to be made because it's always this way. I have to wonder how the store manager keeps their position.

I love the selection that they normally have here. Can get so many of the items my household uses for only $1.25 each. The have the best glitter gel pens, but unfortunately they haven't been in stock for quite a while.

The thing I love about this store is it's all $1.00. They now have plenty of help, So the lines move faster now. I got all my birthday items for $1... Much cheaper than The other stores and they're really nice.

I found the best things inside The Dollar Tree only my second time going will be a returning customer. They've the best name brand treasurer's you can find, you just have to look so take a good a hour or or 2 two. I found so many it was great you just have to take your time and look. Don't take your children. Oh my goodness my nephew went with me, he was going crazy throwing everything in my cart he's only 3 but going on 10 it was fun times.
