Just recieved the worst service I've ever had at this location. I am not sure if the computer went down or what. A customer in front of me was told something and his order was put back into a bag. After standing there for another 10 minutes being basically stared at, and nothing said about there being a problem, I turned and walked away. I've never really minded waiting when it seems all the personnel are busy, but this was ridiculous. The only other problem I've had using a Meijer pharmacy is I have recieved prescriptions with the wrong quantity, shorted the amount. I know it's not the local pharmacy to blame, as their prescriptions are shipped in. Almost to the proverbial straw....

Very slow. For the second time in a row I have waited almost 24 hours to have my prescription filled. This will be the last time.

I pulled up to an empty drive-through lane around 11:45. After a few minutes, I was told someone would be with me “when they could” and that it would “be a while.” A full 10 minutes later, someone finally came over the speaker to ask my name. She then proceeded to tell me my prescriptions would take another 15 minutes. I have had lousy service here before, and I will not be back. When I stopped at the pharmacy I had called and asked that my prescriptions be transferred to, she told me the person on the phone at meijer hung up on her!

I am a loyal miejer guest yet i called to check on a price of prescription and pharmacy was extremely rude and totally unprofessional..i work in customer survice so i understand the struggles yetmy patronage pays his salary...i will no longer be shopping miejer ...his behavior. Is just unacceptable

I have always gone to this pharmacy however the last month it has gotten awful and the one pharmacist I think his name was John he was Rude and lied to me . I have switched all of my prescriptions to another pharmacist.

Pharmacist are all friendly and helpful and I would rather get my meds from them then by the mail company I have to get my meds by that my insurance company demands

Yesterday I had the worst experience I have ever had at a Meijer store, and it was in Marion, Ohio. I was on my way home from Columbus to Napoleon, Ohio, and stopped at Meijer to pick up a few things on my way. What should have been a 10-15 stop turned into a 45 minute stop. I couldn't find what I was looking for in the grocery section, and searched for an associate to ask with no luck. I finally found it on my own after searching several aisles. I then proceeded to the checkout, only to find 3 checkouts open, all with a long line. I understand the self checkouts save the company labor, but I've NEVER had a good experience with them so I chose to wait in line. It was finally my turn to check out, and after everything was wrung up I swiped my Meijer card. It didn't go through so the cashier asked me to swipe again. He then told me I had an OLD Meijer card. I told him I had never received a new one and I had just used it 2 days prior with no problem. He called a team leader over, and she proceeded to tell me that the NEW Meijer cards were mailed out and they could no longer accept the old ones. I said I had not received a new card, and she told me they were mailed out on the 9th. Mind you, the date I was there was 11/10! So apparently she expected everyone to have theirs in the mail and activated in ONE day, and said they would no longer accept the old cards! I kept my cool and told her there was no way that was true, but she insisted. I said they had to accept the old cards until everyone had their new one, but she insisted that was not the case. She also proceeded to tell me that I would no longer be able to pay my bill thru the mail and that it would have to be done online. I wanted to tell her where to stick the groceries I had purchased, but I didn't really have time to make another stop to pick the items up somewhere else, so I dug through my wallet and found another credit card I could use. I was furious when I left that store. On the way home, I called a relative of mine who works at a Meijer store, and I was told that was entirely incorrect. They CAN still accept the old cards, and if that Team Leader would have been trained on her job she would have known that. I have always been a loyal shopper of Meijer stores, but after yesterday, that will end. The team leader was rude, and in her position, she should have known the policy before she tried to explain it to her customers. Very poor customer service!
