The Dominos on university. The so called manager hung up on me because I questioned being charged almost as much for delivery as the food and that didn't even include a tip.

I haven't had a single issue with this domino's ever since moving here. Once the pick up window was backed up and instead of letting us all just sit there an employee had come out and asked if we had prepaid, since we had he went in and grabbed it so we didn't have to wait. They've gotten our order right everytime, it's always hot, never burnt or under done, with a good amount of toppings. I appreciate everyone there, you have taken stress off my plate several times, making it to where I don't have to worry about dinner. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

We love our Domino’s on Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, Ohio. Our food is always hot, always delicious, delivery people & pick up window folks are always polite & any time we had an issue (minor issues, forgotten item, etc.) they made it right. Highly recommend!

2 mushroom steak sandwhiches dry dry dry not enough sauce had 2 bites that had onion on it and the cheese was mostly on the paper in the box burnt into flat black pieces.and got a 2 topping med pizza double pep ha ha it was just as much a joke as the sandwhiches dry on sauce and if that was double pepperoni then this place is in big trouble.I can see why I stopped eating here a year ago and decided to give it another try.sick of these places taking advantage of working people times are hard help is hard to find but if you can’t do any better than this close it down or get people that care.IT OBVIOUS THE MANAGERS DONT JUST KEEP PUTTING IT OUT THINKING IF ONLY A FEW PEOPLE COMPLAIN OUTTA HUNDREDS THEN THERE GOOD TO GO….HUH

They have a small dining area and we decided to eat in. The place was spotless including the restrooms. Personally, I think their pizza is good but not the best.

Kayla in the store did a great job making sure I was taken care of including explaining to me the policy around not being affiliated with the online business. As corporate doesn’t really give much of a strategy around issues that arise around coupons failing. Due to the website crashing my order became broken and required me to call in to place order. The order came out substantially more expensive than I was expecting and was missing food. Kayla happily remade the food and I was able to re place the order using the app in two separate transactions. Good on Roosevelt blvd domino's, bad on corporate for placing staff in the position to not even have the ability to serve their customers

This store is AMAZING!! There food is always fresh, hot and they arrive on time. I only order from here anymore. I use to hate domino's pizza but now this is the only pizza I eat!! THANK YOU ROOSEVELT STORE FOR BEING THE BEST PIZZA STORE IN TOWN 🙂
