I suddenly needed a Jazzmaster tremolo arm and sleeve immediately (you know how gearheads are), and Guitar Parts Factory had what I was looking for. I ordered through the website, and the shipment got to Canada relatively quickly and was well-packaged.

Ordered a pickup through this business on 03/23/2021. This store has terrible communication. Sent two emails so far to inquire about when my product could be expected to ship and both of them were ignored. Payment has cleared my bank and still no shipping notification, and now no response to my emails. I want to now cancel my order because I now have to assume the item isn’t in stock after all and this is not an order I can wait on as it’s an emergency order (which is why I selected expedited shipping). I ended up ordering from a competitor on Amazon. Don’t do business with this company if you’re in a hurry to get your components. You’ll run out of time and patience. Don’t bother emailing them because you won’t hear back and if they made a mistake don’t expect them to take responsibility for it (this is an ongoing issue with this company, even back when they were guitar parts resource. Google it and you’ll see what I mean, I found loads of evidence of this on forums and also a complaint against them via BBB). Update: to their credit they did say they issued a refund after I emailed them telling them to cancel my order. So far it’s been a few days (it’s the 27th of March) and no sign of the refund pending to my account. I’ll update this once I receive the refund in question as to how long it takes it to be issued. Update 2: they refunded my transaction fairly promptly in full.

Great qualty parts and service! My orders arrive extremly quick. I've ordered parts on a Sat. morning and they have been shipped that same day! There has been a couple times when I've contacted them and described to them what I'm using the part for, and they have suggested what turns out to be a better part for the application, and at a cheaper price!

I bought the large brass Guitar pins from them. And I must say not only are they big and beautiful, but they really do make a nice and notable difference in my guitar. I think the extra mass of the pins adds to the sustain, I also feel that they slightly enhance the bass and treble overtones. I like that they are rounded at the top so they don’t hurt the heel of my hand. You really can’t go wrong- much recommended.
