I started hunting with a Horton scout 150, tried another big brand and had it out one time and a limb broke, went back to Tenpoint, I can always trust the Tenpoint brand. I have always had great luck with them and their customer service is 2nd to none, plus their made in the USA 🇺🇸

Would love to support American products but this company is a complete rip off and Customer Service is subpar. Your prices are extravagant and your wait time for customer service is atrocious.

Wonderful staff. Great Service. Was repaired in 1.5 hours. Round trip to get this repaired was 840 miles, my Elk hunt will take place because of this. Off to Colorado I go. Wish all well and a Blessed Life. PS. They treat you like family.

I bought a Ten Point crossbow from Cabelas last November. I live in Michigan so our archery season starts October 1st. I took my crossbow out of the case during the week before the opener and noticed a part is bent. I have no idea how it bent so not interested in see if it is warrantied or not. I just need to replace the part. I have tried numerous times to contact Ten point, email, phone calls. I have not received a response. The phone system puts you in a queue and after 30 minutes it hangs up on you. I had to call Cabela's to get resolution. Cabela's found a third party retailer that had the part in stock. I would not buy a Ten Point product again nor would I ever recommended Ten Point to anyone. This is one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had.

The people at ten point were very knowledgeable and courteous. Their crossbows are top notch and proudly made in America! They have an indoor range where you can shoot. If you are looking to buy a crossbow I suggest you give them a look.

just had my crossbow tuned up. first, the bow itself is seven years old and has performed flawlessly and I expect I'll get another seven out of it. next the customer service is unparalleled-knowledgeable, highly skilled and polite! I love that these guys are Ohio local.

So on 09/12/2020 I took my Ten Point Nitro X in to get fixed (This was a Two and a half hour drive to Akron Ohio note I live in Toledo Ohio) because when they were originally made, they made 200 models with a defect on them. The defect was that where the bow holds the string has a sharp edge on it so it cut my center serving twice. The first time it cut I was like oh well I must have done something wrong (Note to self this was the second time I shot my crossbow). So I took it Bass Pro to get it fixed. They told me to put rail lube on it to keep the center serving from breaking, which I did the next two times I shot it. The same thing happened, I thought to myself something must be wrong with my bow. So I called Ten Point and asked them why my bow was doing that and that’s when he told me about the defect on them and that 200 models of the nitro x had it and my bow was made in 2018 (that’s when they came out). So the guy at customer service told me to call the pro shop and to speak to Pat their bow technician and let me tell you something, nobody can beat Ten Point’s customer service or service at all. They are all so friendly, nice and caring. Pat upgraded everything on my bow to the 2020 version. He put new cables, a new string, and a new accudraw string on my crossbow for no charge. He even fixed the sharp piece on my bow for no cost. I highly recommend Ten Point and their crossbows because they do stand with their products! Thank you Pat, thank you so much and not only did he fix my bow he made every second worth driving two and a half hours to get their worth. I mean he fixed my bow in one day! I’m so grateful for Pat and Ten Point and their team!

They have a horrible warranty on their crossbows. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that stands behind their products. I purchased an Invader 400 and will now have to pay to have warranty work done on it. Bow is less than one month old, and has a defective scope or mount. Their service dealer will fix it for me, but I have to pay labor. Bow is less than one month old. I have to pay to ship it back to Ten Point and then they will cover total price and send back to me. Did I mention that I was on hold for 21 minutes the first time and 14 minutes the second time to find out they really have a horrible warranty! Go with a manufacturer who completely backs what they sell. Rick

I bought a crossbow here. Tenpoint has great products... made in America. I also like that they are a local company (for me). This is also a full service bow shop. The guy that sold the bow to me was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I was able to use their range to sight in my new crossbow. Highly recommend!

I have always believed in Ten-point products but a recent experience has somewhat changed my mind. I had a limb break on my Stealth SS and had to send the front end of the bow back to Ten Point. I was on-hold for close to 20 minutes the first time I called customer service so I left a message. Two days later I had never received a call back so I called and waited another 15+ minutes to talk with someone. The conversation went well except that the lady said it would be 10-15 business days before I would get the crossbow back. It’s November!!! Prime hunting time....After 12 or so business days I called back and waited again and the lady stated that I should get it back by the middle of the next week at the latest. Well, come the next Wednesday, I called back and waited and finally was told that it had shipped and I should get it by the weekend. Well, I did. All is good, right? They did the repair under warranty and I am very thankful for that but there was a problem. There was no foot stirrup or set screws! So, I called customer service again and waited another 15-20 minutes. I told them what happened and asked to have a foot stirrup and set screws overnighted. She said she couldn’t do that. I offered to pay for shipping but she said I would have to go through sales to do that. She said it should be here in two days but I’m on day three and still no package...and still no hunting. I hunt a bow only club so I’m out of luck. I have shoulder problems and can’t shoot my compound right now. So, in conclusion, I have gone a month without my crossbow and still with no definite end in sight. To me, that is unacceptable. I am not a complainer by nature but this really bothered me. There was absolutely no rush on Ten Point’s part. One plus month! To say the least, this is making me sadly reconsider my next crossbow purchase. It probably will not be a Ten Point based on this experience.
