Went in to do a little walking around to get Christmas gift ideas and was pleasantly surprised with the array of fishing supplies. It would have been nice to see more hunting items on the shelves though. Also, muzzleloader season is one month away and no muzzleloaders on display

Pretty much worthless if you need to check on availability of items. The people at this store don't answer the phone. I let it ring for 5 mins the first try and 10 mins the second.

Did a return that was a gift w/o a receipt or tags on the item. No questions asked. I was able to do an even exchange with no problem. I was very pleased!

great place to shop. Wanted one of their pod rocker chairs and they were out of stock of the navy blue and lime green and they asked me if I wanted to just by the show chair. walked away a very happy Customer. Great customer service. Lady that works in the New Philadelphia store is an awesome employee!!

This store didn't have axactly what I was looking for as far as athletic youth shoes but the staff was very friendly in promptly greeting me as I walked in the door and helping to find what I was looking for and answer questions. They didn't have the sizes I needed at all but was willing to ship them to my door within a few business days. Will certainly be shopping again for other sporting needs.

I had to drive down to this location for a pair of shoulder pads that was the only place that showed to have one in stock. When I got there it was not on the floor and they had to look for it in the back. Although it took a while, they finally were able to find it for us. All in all a decent experience.

Paid 100 bucks and bought a pair of shoes. After 22 days the sole began separating. The manager was more than unhelpful and couldn't care in the slightest. He didn't even offer an apology and told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Horrific customer service and an elitist attitude as well. Won't get my money on the future.
