Very well stocked with many different types of items, great selections and comparable prices, many different products for $1 that are great for household items and food items. There is a nice variety for refrigerated and frozen foods. Very friendly and helpful workers and follow covid restrictions. They also have masks and cleaning supplies in stock.

I love shopping here and meeting single moms. If they turn me down I just write them a ticket when they leave. LAW AND ORDER!

For a Dollar General, it is well-managed, decently groomed, organized, and clean. The cashiers have that store pretty much stocked to the gills and for the most part pretty much happy to cash you out. 99.95% of the times I've been there. Lol

All the aisles are blocked when a truck comes in. Literally the entire half of every aisle in the store is completely inaccessible. The workers are friendly and run the registers well, but I can't get to the merchandise.

I like the prices, but I hate the crampness. This is not a handicap friendly store. The rows are to narrow and then they put stuff in the way. Also they keep those thier delivery carts in the way, many times you can't get around them. And the carts are to far away from the one handicap parking space. The carts were put outside to make room, but someone was not thinking. Plus, move the stupid red box, you can't get your cart around it. I would not recommend this store unless they fix the problems.

It's a Dollar General, the prices are good for what you get. But it seems this particular DG has a rotating staff. The friendly ones leave. The manager of the store is miserable and very abrupt with customers when asked about a particular product. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful but they don't stay around too long, I'm guessing it the manager of the store driving them away. I've even witnessed her reprimanding them in front of customers. Not good business, I've walked out if the store a few times because of her and her nasty attitude towards the employees. Very bad for business because there is another dollar store about 1/4 mile away.

I frequent this store pretty much everyday because it is close, but it is in need of a DESPERATE update! The store looks so dirty all the time and the isles are always full of carts with folded boxes sticking out or merchandise and it is almost impossible to get a cart through most of them. There is no way a handicap person would be able to shop here. Especially the back row by their back room. U can forget about ever getting a cart through there. I have been doing most of my shopping now at the new one on rt 5 which is so clean and organized and I have realized has cheaper prices on somethings (for some reason) than the newton falls store does. I hope the newton falls store gets some love soon from corporate and they get the carts out of the isles.

The store is too small. Difficult to get around in it. Always large carts of stocking items blocking aisles that are already too narrow for 2 way traffic of regular shopping carts. Employees rarely smile, the Lake Milton store is much neater and much more pleasant staff. They need to look into a bigger location or at least have an extra person working expressly to do stocking so those monstrous carts aren't sitting about the store all the time. Or some employees that can hustle and smile! I've done it!

I stopped going into this store for almost a year because the ladies that work here are so rude..... The other day I needed a few things and didnt feel like driving an extra 10 minutes so I decided to give them another shot..... Huge Mistake.... They're still rude and even tho a tag says one thing if it rings up wrong..... they refuse to honor the sale price... I really wish corporate would send some secret shoppers to this store...

ALWAYS carts of shipment blocking the narrow aisles. Most of the time you cannot get a shopping cart down the aisle. Nor will the employees offer to move them even when they are standing in the same aisle as you. Employees tend to be older women that are grumpy and take forever to get to the cash register. If you are going into this location for a specific item, 5 out of 10 times it won't be there. Well it's probably there somewhere if they ever put their shipment away. If you going there for an item advertised in a flyer, and it's not the first day, 9 out of 10 times they won't have it. If at all possible, drive to the Dollar General on state Route 5, Leavittsburg, Ohio. It's much cleaner, better stocked, friendlier employees, and you can can actually get a shopping cart down the aisle.
