I called for appointment they said they have time but when I got there they refused to cut my hair they said they don’t have time

Called made an appointment Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment checked in after waiting 30 minutes I was told they screwed and I would have to wait another 45 minutes. I wish they would of told me that at the time of check in. Instead of waiting my time. Service: Haircut

When I'm actually able to walk-in and get a hair cut, they do a decent job here. To be honest though, they seem under staffed - the last few times I've tried to get a haircut here, the wait times were 1-1.5 hours. This is with an empty store, but based on reservations. So, while "walk-ins are welcome", you're better off making a reservation for a haircut here.

Very friendly with kids, when I went there was no wait, it was our first time there. A great quality cut. Mens cuts $16 (this was also the price for an 11 yr old). If nothing else, I think it's just as reasonable as other haircut options it with a better waiting area. The stylist was friendly and quick.
