Some of the prices went up. The shells were full and had new variety of food. There was lots of Easter chocolates bunny rabbits and other items for a dollar

A very strange and suspicious guy who literally just stands behind the counter staring at people but will not ring you out, while the employee who SHOULD be ringing up customer purchases refuses to do so. Not sure what went wrong, but since January 1st, the Rock Creek Ohio location has completely fallen apart as far as customer service is concerned. A store who's sole income is derived from customers purchasing items should probably at least try to put in some effort to ring up what a customer would like to purchase. Otherwise, why even open the doors? Since no purchase could be made, this rating should be 0 stars. Unfortunately, google does not allow 0 as an option.

The worst family dollar around here! The employees are thee rudest the store is so messy and dirty. I just went in to get 1 craft item and half of the entire Ile was emplty! They had nothing out! Plus the employees are alwaaayys out side smoking even when there's customers in the store!! I've never had a good experience here! won't be coming back!

I was wrongfully accused of something that never even happened at the store by 1 of there employees . it was a complete deformation of character and very embarrassing to say the least. There employee was way out of line and I should of contacted there corporate office to make a complaint on her. So I'll give them a half a star.

Expect the manager to be on the phone, while running register, with 7 people in line . Very rude. Would not have given a star but won't post without choosing one

Have quick pick up on the way home type of items with limitations. Store not always fully stocked and appears to have more expensive items for a dollar store.

Very clean store with a variety of things. This is the closes "department" store to Roaming Shores. They sell electronics, clothing, baby supplies, limited food stuffs like pop, juice, and non perishables. It is located next to Cantini Village market and complements the small grocery store. The staff is friendly and I've never had to wait more than 5-6 minutes to check out.
