Yesterday I walked into the St. Marys Ohio store to find two employees standing at the entrance gabbing. My last visit to this store was when it opened in late 2021. I just couldn't believe the current condition of this store, empty shelves with products all over the floor. Its a disgrace!!!!!

Number 2 the clerk is very helpful,but,the STORE is beyond FILTHY.I turned to see the sanitizer and guaranteed NO ONE should touch it.The jug its in is as dirty as the door front and all the rest of the store.I used to go there but will NEVER again.Its too dirty for human entry.In fact I would be wary of even allowing a feral cat to go inside for warmth.

Shelves were cluttered nd the aisle floors seemed dirty. Prices are good, and the cashiers are hit or miss when it comes to being friendly.

Understaffed but great buys went late last night got up to make my coffee I had left it on spindle. Called this morning she said yes the other girl had put it back on shelf?? Why not leave it up front. For when I came back to get it?? But. Go several times weekly great deals. Friendly staff but under staffed

Worker very helpful looking for an item that was empty spot. He looked in other places and came to me. After ringing up he was the one to carry things out to car as I'm using crutches.

Store is routinely messy in aisles. Parking lot has crater-like holes in it from poor maintenance for past couple years. Could be 4-5 stars with some work applied.

Always better than walmart. And look how big one or two people accomplish in a shift. At least workers don't walk away from you hoping not to be seen. Good place to shop and not so expensive on the wallet. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Good on changing their seasons . And a nice discount or discontinued Isle. I recommend you stop

Aisles are always cluttered, but other than that pretty good. They sell a HUGE variety of items except for when they have that clutter on the floor, which clearly shows that some of the workers are lazy. Overall it's a pretty nice place with fairly nice (but lazy) people. The clutter is an annoyance which irks me to an extent and even caused me to trip and poo my pants once :(

Nothing special...its always friendly, workers busy stocking shelves and wanting to help in any way they can. Store is looking really nice-was in need of a change-and with the holidays coming am looking forward to shopping there. Very nice hours too
