Placed my order for Fish n Shrimp dinner at 8:58. I was at the hospital waiting for my wife to come out of a procedure but, after 22 mins my order never was even placed somehow. Got my money back and will not be back. Thanks for nothing!!!

My daughter's (5 and 6 yo) really wanted to have tacos for dinner and their favorite is the Doritos Locos taco lol 😂 they each ate two! Window employees are very friendly.

Worst ever. Waited forever to receive wrong food. Went back through line to get wrong order again. Burger King in Salem is much better and healthier. Go there.

I actually eat Long John Silvers at the Taco Bell. It was very good. The drive up person was very pleasant, which is a rarity nowadays.

Hit n miss... It's hard to get could help nowadays even with the $5 raise for children to work. And then when you call they act very sassy and we have wasted probably a hundred plus dollars for fight nights and sporting events get together. I would say one star for service and 2.5 after using my air fryer several times to get rid of the 40 plus dollars of grease saturation. That's not to mention the rude children that we have dealt with. It's not all the time but we only do that two to three times a year and actually that was after a two-year hiatus

Good overall experience for drive thru order. I just wish when I said "double everything" & get charged for it, I don't mean a little extra. I mean, I want the toppings to be double what the normal amounts. Didn't get my $'s worth on that order but still delicious.
