This store is a MESS it’s stocking carts everywhere as if they don’t even stock anything you can barely get through the aisles with your cart let alone reach anything you need because if it RIDICULOUS!

Went in here the other day and there are carts and carts full of stuff that needs to be shelved just everywhere. It was so bad it was difficult to maneuver the store.. dollar general needs to hire more employees and stop lying about "a worker shortage" so they can pay their workers less but work them harder... get it together dollar general.

The store makes up their own hours. Says they're open from 8:00 to 10:00 but they lock the doors randomly. An employee open the door as I was trying both of them and complain to me that I was going to break their doors. Then told me they were closed and I pointed to the sign that says open from 8:00a.m. to 10:00p.m and didn't skip a beat informing me that people constantly break the doors trying to open them...... during business hours that is. I'd say it's a 50/50 shot if they're open ( during normal business hours).

I'd give you guys half a star if it was possible, the store is never fully staffed, open weird hours or always closed. Idk how many times I've come to this location & it's closed !! I mainly come to this one bc it's right down the road from where I live.

I first went to the one on McCord and they are temporarily closed due to staffing issues and so is the one on dorr. Finally went to the one on Holland and Sylvania, but shelves like everywhere not much stock on shelves.

I'm changing my review of this store because it's gone completely downhill since I reviewed it last. This place is absolutely horrible!! The aisles are almost completely blocked off by tons of merchandise that no one's bothered to put on the shelves yet. The shelves themselves are so jumbled up with mismatched merchandise that trying to figure out an item's price (if it's not on a sticker) is near impossible. I get that customers sometimes will place unwanted items on the wrong shelves, but it's as if the employees don't ever straightened them back out. Ever. Also, and this is probably the biggest reason I am giving it one 🌟, no one ever knows when the store is going to be open!! Sure there's the typical sign that says the store hours (8am-10pm), but for the last few months, the store will be closed around 6pm, and the usual sign with the store hours will be gone, and in it's place a handwritten sign on vivid red poster board will be in it's place saying that the store is closed to the public, but open for deliveries, and for ppl to not pull on the door. 😲😳 What the heck??! If someone is there to accept deliveries, they can operate a cash register as well! If the owner is shutting the store down, then they should change their hours on the sign so customers will know when the store is open or not. Frankly the whole poster board sign makes me think that it's the employees who are making this decision. Either way, it's no longer convenient for me to even bother seeing if this store is open, especially with the price of gas being so high. I'm better off going to Walmart, or Kroger, where the prices are going to be better, the service will be better, and I'll know when the store is open or closed. Every one else would also be better off going somewhere else as well! If they care so little about their customers that they can't keep the store open during the normal business hours, then they don't deserve customers. I used to buy stuff from here at least 3-4 times a week. No more. (Review from 2019)This store is close to home and very convenient for a quick run to the store. Some prices are higher than at Wal-Mart but the ease of coming here more than makes up for the price difference. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I’m really upset that I have to work at 11 AM eastern standard time, and the store is closed with a pink posterboard in the window saying not open until 2 PM when in fact online also for the hours it shows that they are open.

This store closes at all different times. Today they closed at 4 because of truck?!? The other day they closed at 5 because they didn't have anyone to work. Oh and you might not want to grab a cart because you can't get down any of the isles with it. This place use to be nice to go to but any more its a guessing game when they'll be open.

Don't come into this place Most likely won't be open I've given them way too many chances you never know if it's gonna be open that close whenever they feel like Can C employees walking around inside and the sign says closed for truckYou're not the ones unloading the truck what does that have to do with you. you can't keep the store open ?

Deffinately stepping their game up at this location i feel personally. The stock is becoming more organized. The employees tonight were on point and friendly Logan and manager on duty very kind seemed to care about my opinon which we all know cant always be the case. But this store is doingg their jobs On one level Single buisness on its own no chain shops connected. Handi capped parking available Only suggestion make it wheelchair accessible like wide enough in a ciuple places. Masks suggested for people who are sick or immune compromised. EBT accepted. Paypal accepted and used. 😀💙
