I would just like to respond to two latest posts. One to the lady with the service dog the gentleman that was intrigued by your dog if you realized is clearly disabled and special needs. His name is Johnny and we are training him to be able to work and he is an amazing person that unfortunately can't think like an adult. He is so loving to people and especially animals and it's quite visible that he is special needs. He gets excited when he sees things he likes. He liked your dog. I'm sorry and that is something I will explain in detail with him. Also the baby shoe ... That is not our tag. That shoe is $1.00. I train the workers to remove any tags that are not ours but we are human and mistakes happen but if you would have asked any worker we would have gladly let you know that shoe that intrigued you enough to pick up and photograph for a review was indeed not $13. That's an absurd price indeed and not ours. We strive to be reasonable and make customers shopping experience fantastic and I actually remember you bought many reasonable priced items that day you didn't photograph and review. I urge you all to come experience Reynold's Road Goodwill. I am working very hard to make it a great shopping experience for all and I take your reviews to heart. Was ready to purchase a beautiful picture of a vintage Japanese woman from a famous artist. At check-out I decided to see if the $7.00 sticker (there were two) would remove easily because I was nervous it was going to leave a mark...sure enough!!!! Both stickers left damage on the photo/print! Distroyed the artwork. When I showed it to the manager she had little to say and blamed it on the coustomers? What!?! Three employees standing around at register. Had to bag my other stuff myself. Just lame!!!

I try to make it into this store at least once a week to check out what’s new. Dawn and Linda are always very helpful and answer any questions that I may have with a smile on their face. There is always someone putting out new items and working to get the different sections organized. They work hard to keep the place tidy, so I am always irritated when I see shoppers letting their kids run all over the place wreaking havoc on the displays. I’ve even seen kids climbing on the metal shelving and parents just wandering around letting their kids do whatever they want. I’m sad with some of these reviews because these ladies work hard to make the place a nice place to shop secondhand items. I’ve been shopping here for years and have never had a problem with any of the employees. Thrifting is always so fun, I look forward to each time I get to come hunt for treasures here. I’m always so happy with the deals I go home with. :)

I will never understand why people are only driven to write reviews when they are negative ones. I have shopped at this Goodwill regularly since moving to the US 3 years ago and in that time seen many staff come and go but the long time employees like Linda and Katrina are always working hard and remain professional in circumstances where customers can be incredibly rude and obnoxious. This store is not dirty as others have said, it is a Thrift store not Target so you should expect the store to be eclectic as people donate a whole range of items and no matter how well they are displayed customers themselves make the store a mess leaving garments off hangers after trying on and putting items back wherever they feel. Staff are not there to tidy up after grown adults and their children, they are there to process donations and give customers items at prices they cannot get elsewhere. I have no issue with this store, the new Manager Dawn clearly cares about her staff and customers which really shows. My only issue is that sometimes I know the better items donated free are pulled to go on Goodwill online but that is driven from the top above store level. Regulars like me would happily pay more for those items if they would just put them out.

Store was dirty. Went to checkout and the cashier made up her own prices. Beachbag was supposed to be $4 and she said she was charging me $5. Had an upmarked toy that per the sign "all toys $1 unless marked. She said only the small unmarked toys were a $1. That is not what the sign reads. She was charging me $3 for the toy. She was also very rude. She must of been new she didn't have a goodwill shirt on unless she was a manager.

Terrible experience. The cashier Linda has a horrible attitude. I know I have a speech impediment but that doesn't give her the right to give me sass and talk down to me. She even even told my girlfriend "it's yours you bought it didn't you" in a nasty tone when she asked if she could take part of the furniture she just bought home as they were holding the rest until we got back.

Terrible experience. The cashier Linda has a horrible attitude. I know I have a speech impediment but that doesn't give her the right to give me sass and talk down to me. She even even told my girlfriend "it's yours you bought it didn't you" in a nasty tone when she asked if she could take part of the furniture she just bought home as they were holding the rest until we got back.
