Jake and ladies at the pharmacy are wonderful even when they are over loaded with Rx to fill However the front counter staff lack customer service skills. They talk amongst them selves and overlook the customer waiting to check out until their personal conversation is done. Unprofessional However store is always clean and orderly.

The people at this pharmacy are super nice and polite however EVERYTIME my prescription is to be ready it isn't I drop it off and call it in ahead of time for a reason cause I'm always in a time crunch. There is always an issue either they have to order it or the script wasn't written right or it's out of renewal WHATEVER the case they should have called me not hours or days later or when I get there to pick it up cause I thought it should be done!

I absolutely love the cashiers they're always friendly helpful and polite. this is the best Rite Aid that I've been to in a long time I appreciate them being open during this difficult time. they're awesome I recommend that if you need to go to Rite Aid this is the one you should go to. 😊😊

I was given the completely wrong medication on Friday...on Monday my Dr office calls before 2 o’clock to let them know about the pharmacy mistake....I go to pharmacy at 6 and they tell me it’s not ready and I would have to wait...I asked them to fill now but was told I have to wait...I walked up front complained to manager...she was very nice and agreed with me that I should not have to wait....told her I would be back tomorrow....probably my last time there...
