The Starbucks barista that made my drink didn’t add the foam I wanted and when I asked nicely, she gave me an attitude and said that’s why I asked when you were ordering if you wanted the foam in or on top of the drink, even though I told her when she asked I wanted the FOAM on top. She then goes on to say that there’s a price difference and I told her I can pay the 1 dollar difference and she just stuck to her attitude. The person that took my order even told her that I was charged for the foam but she goes to complain to another worker right in front of me. First time ever being asked if I wanted the foam on top of the drink, where else would it be?? The bottom?? If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I always love coming to this Barnes & Nobel. The staff is always so helpful and friendly! Yhey also have a decent selection of board/card games as well as books!

Think of the most disgusting roadside restrooms you've ever been in and times it by 3 and you'll have the restrooms at this Barnes and Noble. Absolutely disgraceful and I experienced college dorms.

There isn’t as much of a selection as there once was of actual books. The place is impeccably clean though, but we didn’t see one employee during our visit. The prices keep going up and they’re veering away from books and going more towards a hobby shop vibe.

Love this location! Prefer it over the new one in Mason but sometimes the employees seem bothered when you're asking for help or asking if they have a certain book in stock. I love the Starbucks inside this location as they have more variety and pastries are usually new.

Great place for books. However, the staffs are not being friendly or helpful toward customers. The restrooms are extremely unsanitary. Toilets are dirty and look like it has not been cleaned for months. The trashes are full and not bother to be emptied out. Also, the stalls are lacking of toilet papers. This can lead to major health violations. I hope the management will be quick to solve these problems.

Very clean and organized. To be a book store, they definitely did not have what I was looking for. Definitely need to step up their DIY/crafting section. There's barely anything there. Big let down.

I met a friend at B&N for coffee and a pastry. The pastry was good and the coffee is Starbucks, not my favorite. But Barns and Noble is still a typical book store - no one hassles you, and you could stay as long as you like. It's a shame there isn't more book stores around today.

The great part about this location is the ability to drop in get a coffee, browse the magazines check out the books or look at the various gifts to pick up. Lots of parking so that’s not an issue. They do sell movies and cds as well. Also if you want to pick up a book they sell them here. The store features a big kids section which is great for the little ones. The area also has lots of logos food options if you get hungry.
