This location use to be fantastic! With the new mangers that took over a few weeks ago, it’s gone downhill!! They took the spray bottle away! When I asked why they did this since all the other gyms have them, the manager said because people at this gym take them home. I was very disappointed in his comment, In my opinion it sounds more like an inconvenient to him. He recommended if I wanted to clean the equipment, I could use the dispensers on the wall, but all the dispenser are empty and there is no soap in the restroom!! I have pictures to prove it. I asked for the district managers number and he said I could look it up. Horrible customer service and lazy staff.

They only have one good bike downstairs. Someone is always on the good bike next to knee machine. I can't use the other bike.

I have been at this ESPORTA for about 10 months. I go 4-6 days a week for about 1.5+ hours. Until the last 2 months I would have given this place 4 stars but it is going downhill quickly. It’s busy which is fine but it’s not kept clean and machines are not kept in working order. Yesterday there were 4 treadmills in a row that weren’t working and for the last few weeks the locker room has smelled increasingly worse, to the point where I walked in and back out today. I will be finding another gym and I do not recommend this one at this time. It’s worth noting that there was a young woman running the place when I started who kept the place in good shape. Not sure what’s going on now.

It is a shame because this used to be a good gym. Then they put in the Esporta concept with the turf, and about 8-10 machines went away. They they closed the West Chester location and moved their member over. So now we have less equipment and almost twice the people. The last straw for me has been the last two weeks. The gym has been absolutely filthy every time I go in....trash everywhere, no paper towels, no cleaner, and trash cans filled way above the rim. Two years ago I would have recommended this gym, now I will be moving on to another place for my workouts. Oh, and I would tell the managers in person, but you never see them around.

I tried to cancel my membership and they wouldn't allowed me to cancel it unless I came in person. I eventually found time to come in person, and Maliq (who can cancel memberships) was no-where to be seen. I called back the next day and he told me that he was going to take a lunch break in 30 minutes, so he would call me back afterwards. I never received a call back and I got charged another month. They have no intention to get you to quit because their business model revolves around keeping clients locked into paying monthly installments. I have two gym memberships, so I am taking my business to a local gym.

Wonderful Experience switching my annually paid subscription to La Fitness I have been a member since 2012. To the ESPORTA 18 month membership. Jay Harris was efficient, knowledgeable and did not waste my time or try to upsell me. Lucas at the front deck was friendly and able to take care of members effiecently.

The gym itself is good. Everything you need is here for a full, functional workout. The business of LA fitness/ESPORTA seems find ways to squeeze more money out of members while actively shutting down locations - but still keeps you locked in. I wouldn’t join again.

This place is a scam. We wanted to sign up for personal training and try it out. They offered us a variety of options. We could sign up for a year or 6 months. The 6 months had a higher rate but we didn't want to commit to a whole year. After our 6 months was up they didn't notify is at all and continued to charge us. We tried to fight to get some money back but the refused. I really did enjoy our training and our trainer DJ. If you sign up be super careful.

The check in was good, however, for this nice of an area the gym is a little outdated with their equipment (treadmill) Also, the showers did not have shower heads and it made for a very uncomfortable shower it was actually horrible! I love the brand Esporta as a whole. I just recommend this location to invest more money in their property.

Got turned away at the front desk because I do not have a multi state membership which I do pay $29 a month this is the first time I’ve ever had this issue I talked to two managers and they both denied me entry. They wanted to sell me a extra $10 a month plus an $85 initiation fee to use this gym. I will never be back to this location if it shows up on my app I should be able to use it terrible customer service will not be back
