I took in my Mom's car rather urgently because the brakes were making a continuous high pitched whining sound that was definitely metal on metal. She was unable to hear the sound at all, so I was worried that an extended trip out of town would only make the problem worse. Ewald's got me in immediately and had the repairs done the same day so that I could still get to an urgent medical appointment. The brakes are noticeably better, no more noise, and the charge was what I would have expected for the work provided.
