I used to really like this place. I could count on a good selection of not just clothing items but kitchenware and other home goods. Sadly not anymore, especially the kitchenware section. I could count on killing time checking out a good selection while my wife shopped for clothing. We were there on a Wednesday around 10:30 a.m. and the store was a mess. Many of the shelves had piles of unfolded clothes, there were clothes and trash scattered throughout. The shoe department looked like a group of 6 year olds were looking for hidden toys in the shoe boxes. Worse of all was the restrooms, they were filthy. (My wife gave me the lowdown on the women's restroom) toilets not flushed, toilet paper and paper towels scattered around on the floors. I could understand if it was at the end of a busy shopping day but Wednesday morning in mid August?

I went here to drop off an Amazon return. That was quick and easy. The employee that took care of my return was very nice. They also give you a $5.00 give coupon to spend at Kohl's which was a nice surprise.

Always great customer service. Found what I needed, black dress. Always clearance items and choices. Definitely glad Lawton has Kohls.

I have shopped here a few times . I do not care for this one . I tried to buy a pair of shoes a while back , by the time I picked them out and walked to the requester the price jumped up by 75 dollar's. You really have to watch yourself and what the prices ring up . I left without the shoes and I was not happy about it...

Again, while on my Lawton day trip, I went to Kohls to look for some stocking stuffers. I must admit that I was quite impressed with how organized all the displays were and the organization and color sequence of all the displays. Everything I was interested in had all the applicable prices on the, which were super cheap for this time of year.

Surprisingly the store was pretty clean. I was expecting a little messy since it is after close to after Christmas. Amy, our cashier, was really patient re-ringing up my items up since I forgot to show my tax free card the first time checking out. They had great deals on clearance items.
