Im someone who works early in the morning this is the only store on my route usually open well the past 4-5 weekends they’ve been closed from whatever time till 5am. They should be changing their hours to reflect this so people can find somewhere else to go

Literally the worst costumer service! I stop by here quite frequently at night with my children on my way home never during the morning while Naved is working. For some reason the machine wouldn’t let me pay for my two items with my cash benefits on my food stamp card (TANF). So I ran out and got change out my car. (Mostly quarters)When I came in I let the person that came in while getting change go infront of me. Okay while I was counting out the change she snatched it up. And I asked can you please put it back while I count. She just set it on the far side of the counter so I reached over and grabbed it to finish counting. Another costumer came in and I told them they can go ahead of me since I might take a minute or two long. And she said I’m in no rush. So I continued counting trying to hurry to count it sense it was obvious bothered the store clerk I was paying in change sense it was $11.99. She was like let help the person that actually has money and reached around me to help the person behind me. Making them break the 6 feet and being 2 inches away from me so they can pay for their items. It was already embarrassing enough I had to pay in change but to belittle by the store clerk infront of other customers was hurtful. She asked for my ID I stopped counting and put on the counter she said threw it at her which was an obvious lie. I finished counting it out gave it to her. And asked for her name, and she told me I was the worst kind of person all because I paid in change. Super unprofessional, and disrespectful. Left in tears, sorry I’m a single mom and struggling guess I’m the worst kind of person too. I didn’t deserve to be yelled at and belittle infront of people when I apologized and offered for other people to go infront of me. Store number 231. On 223rd and stark. Won’t be back

Morning staff are 5 star. Any other time not so much! Happy friendly fast staff are a welcome start to the day. However...I have learned not to stop in the afternoon. Lifeless, lethargic, non-mask wearing staff. Complete opposite. Would be nice if location managment/owner stepped it up before they close like the five previous business at this location

I am huge fan of plaid pantry over all and would give at least 20 of my favorite locations 5 stars. But this is the first plaid that’s actually gotten my fingers busy! The plaid pantry business model is tight and efficient, and it works, for them and their many customers. I’ve long admired the employees that work at the store level. These people are rockstars! I mean one person in charge of an entire store from top to bottom during there shift! Sales, merchandising, loss prevention, janitorial, and of course bottle returns! I’m sure I missed some. Anyone that can pull all of that off without the store burning down is a highly valuable and effective employee of plaid, service provider (to us customers), and member of society. The ones that can do all of that and still rock a smile and friendly people loving attitude for the majority of the shift hours they work are truly incredible. There are plaid pantry employees all across our metro area pulling all of this off and I wish had the time and memory to list them all. The Plaid Pantry at 223rd and Stark (“Twelve Mile Corner”) in Gresham Is my new local store and I go there nearly every day. The entire staff (six or seven I think) ROCKS! My principles are FREEDOM, LOVE, ABUNDANCE, & WELLNESS. FLAW. It’s because these hardworking members of our community LOVE their community, and treat them with respect, understanding, and tolerance, that I continue to patronize the Twelve MILE Corner store daily. Everybody at this store rocks but I do want to give a loud shoutout to Roberta who works her *** off on the crazy-filled night shift; a woman whom I admire and adore. THANK YOU PLAID PANTRY AND THE STORE LEVEL EMPLOYEES WHO MAKE IT HAPPEN!

The Arabian lady that works their is constantly RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL EVERYTIME I GO IN THERE. She takes her sweet ol time to help a customer when ever they are waiting at tha cash register for something while she is always talking to someone on her phone & gives a nasty attitude whenever she has to help you. Im tha type of person to never leave a review but this women needs to be replaced or fired cause she is way out of line. There are nicer ppl that could do a better job then her. I will not go there to buy anything anymore bcuz of her.

This is the only plaid panties I'll ever willingly go to, and that's because the employees are top shelf all the way. I don't know all their names, but from the first time I stepped foot in the door I was treated like a life long valued customer unlike the other plaid stores where ive been treated like a vile sneak theif and watched like blinking would induce a robbery. This store is hosted by honest caring people who only want to see you leave with a smile and the cashier names Cassie? I don't know her pay but she deserves a raise and then another one... She's the nicest person I believe I've ever met and Everytime I see her she is working her backside OFF! The other lady I see at night is also wonderful and you can't go wrong stopping at this location when you need to pick something up real fast. Oh and don't forget to try the fo'real milkshake machine those alone are reason enough for me to go. Infact I'm going as soon as I part this lol...

I've been going in here every other week for a while since they opened.. I work right down the road, used to always use the lucky 7 across the st, but figured I'd go here cus it's a little closer. Went in and tried getting the same pack of cigarettes I bought there a month back, "NO" I point at it. "no" show her my ID "NO" wouldn't even look.. well alright across the road I go I guess. Some childish stuff though, probably had a bad day. Before this the worst I had to say about this plaid was "check the sandwiches dates sometimes their almost a month old" now its "well sometimes you get denied service".. she looked like the person that would act like shes doing you a favor denying you cigarettes.. nutterbutters... TL/DR don't try and buy cigarettes from the old black haired lady with a bad attitude.... hahahaha
