Frank came out to tow my semi truck and trailer an hour down the highway. Explained a lot of what he was doing and why being very informative, asked for small help to get the job done faster. Went above and beyond pulling into truck stop so I could get my truck fuel and even dropped me at a recommended hotel after dropping my truck at the dealership. Very friendly, safety minded and informative. Recommend him to anyone needing a heavy tow and would use again

Very good service and fairly quick too. The only problem was cost. It was super expensive on a Sunday. Over $400 for a blown tire replacement. Had to pay it but it stung a lot.

If I can give them a negative star I would. These people are rip offs don’t go with them. Semi went off road on 97 they were already there for other trucks. First of all wasn’t going fast and just tractor slid off need a pull trailer was on road . The guy told me to 435 and hour took him 35 min I even recorded it. Hook and pull. Had gave him my card my biggest mistake. Can’t trust no one now a days. Gave my invoice for 2k. I confronted them he told me it is what is. All the crew is in it taking advantage of people out there. Just save your money don’t go with them. Just angers me because they are not honest.

Had a great experience with this company. We were broke down on a sketchy piece of 84 west and the company quickly had one of their drivers come out, picked us up and swiftly got us to our hotel. My son and his girlfriend were pulled out really late at night by this tow company after getting stuck in the snow. Josh their driver charges them full price even though he was out making rounds and only spent ten mins pulling them out. Then He left them with a disabled car in 2 feet of snow. They had to call another tow company to come tow their car somewhere safe. These are two young kids who were scared and alone. I am very unhappy with how this company handled the situation.

Blew a trailer tire five miles east of Biggs Junction. Turned around and came here to Bishop. John fixed my flat tire and sent me on my way in 50 minutes. Thanks for the good service.

100% recommend these guys!! I had a semi driver have a breakdown right near this place this evening. They were honest about having someone in front of us but told us they would get to us soon. It's now only a few hours later and we are repaired and on our way. For the people claiming these guys are expensive they are absolutely not. Parts and labor was beyond reasonable and it was an after hours repair. I would recommend these guys to anyone!! Great work Bishop Towing & Repair!! -one happy dispatcher

Call last minute schedule my tow for 7 a.m for my Pete with blow. Out rear end.. A great gal in the front office. She was very smooth and made everything painless the let me park my trailer for a few days. She was amazing. They sent two guys to get me hooked up quicker and off we want to pasco or. Driver was great and had lots of funny stories. Great company with a super fair price. Service: Special vehicle towing

We were in a rollover accident where the truck rolled over 7x going 70mph. Myself, my boyfriend, and our puppy lady are all alive. We greatly appreciate the concern, and the kindness of this community, the lady's at the tow yard, the emergency respondents. The truck driver who saw it all happen and called it in, The emts, the vet hospital and most important the state trooper who without hesitation rushed our puppy lady to the Vet hospital. We cant put into words how much we appreciate this community and what they did for us. Thank you
