It’s not often I give reviews but this needed one. The shear rudeness from staff towards my wife and child is inexcusable. This is besides the point the only reason we went to this store was because my usual pool supply store was out of stock with the part I needed at the moment. I will go out of my way to not go to this store again and give this place money now. If I could give negative stars I would.

This is a great little pool supply place I pretty much have anything you need for a pool. And it's also in a great spot all around. Go easy to get in and out of and the owners are very friendly

Very knowledgeable and caring! I went in there not knowing anything about pool...brought a house with a 30 feet round pool and not a clue how to run it let alone open it for the first time. They coach me step by step until I was confident I can do it. Now my family vacation in the yard 🙌🏽🙃

The absolute worst. The previous home owners recommended we use this company since they have used them for years. We prepaid for our pool to be opened by this company & every time we call to schedule it the guy who does the scheduling is either out, or just walked out. Our phone calls are also never returned. Tired of the run around now using a different company!!!

This is actually in Penn Pines Shopping Center and it's pretty much a seasonal place but however it is open year-round the people that I met inside or very nice and willing to help. With any problem you might have with your pool or Spa. I would recommend this place if you have a need for something in the pools and even this gentleman is very knowledgeable about skulls this is a service dog friendly place

On several occassions I have gone into Delaware Valley Pool Supply because it is near my work. Every time I have been there I have been either ignored,treated rudely or talked down to. From now on, I'll drive the extra mile to the next store.
