First time in a Giant Eagle. I received the most awesome welcome from Sheldon ever!!! I had to go to track down the manager and tell him, tell the cashier, tell the service rep at the front desk, fill out a survey and had approval to leave a tip. Kindness and good customer service goes along way even when we don’t hear about it

For nearly a month now, the drive thru pharmacy window has been broke. Although I love the workers here, the store needs overall improvements. One the more pricey supermarkets in the area as well. This is a picture of how long the line to pick up a script is. One cashier open, when you have three techs in the back. Rediculous.

Friendly staff and wide selection of groceries for whatever or whoever you are, and what you like to eat, drink, or do whatever. Their pharmacy is great too, they'll always refill your medicine on time

Curbside only good if you get the right person. What kind of idiots put raw broccoli and fruit and veggies in a dirty cart with no produce bag, then chuck it in a grocery bag full of meat. Common sense is lacking there.

Beautiful store, organized. Friendly employees. It is pricey, but nowadays the fuel perks make it worth it to save some money.

I think this location is one of the better chain grocers in the Altoona area. Selection is good, prices are reasonable, generally has things in stock, and staff is generally personable. Cheaper than Martins, especially with the rewards program.

Great store and very nice newer handicap carts. However, they have a regulator or safety feature that slows them to a crawl if someone walks in front of you or if you get too close to anything. It's very trying.

Good stuff at Giant Eagle today. Store was clean with Great selection. Even in soda, gatorade, powerade, fruits, otherwise. Store was well stocked and we found unsweetened tea selection here, nice! The lady at the checkout Brittany was nice.
