***BUYER BEWARE*** I called to order a whole steak sandwich for $10 on Sunday 12/13/2020. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and to call when I arrive -- they would bring it outside (Covid-19). I arrived on time and as instructed I called, and I was told they'd bring my sandwich out. ***BAIT AND SWITCH*** I handed them my debit card and was told they would have to charge an additional $1.00 since I was using a 'credit' card. I told her to keep the sandwich -- I would not pay an UPCHARGE on a dedit card purchase. She started she had already registered the sale. I explained that's not my problem and had she mentioned this upcharge I would have never ordered the sandwich. ***THE UNDERLYING ISSUE*** Merchants pay up to a 3% fee to accept credit cards. That equates to 30 cents on a $10 sandwich. The Merchant's Credit/Debit Card Agreement generally does not permit surcharges. In this case this merchant is earning a 70 cent or 70% profit on a credit/debit card transaction ($1.00 - $.30 = $.70). I've been ordering pizza and sandwiches from this Fox's franchise since they opened more than 30 years ago. I was never charged a surcharge and I'll NEVER place an order there -- EVER again. I guess I'll have to try out the new Fox's that recently opened in Spring Church. UPDATE: The Spring Church Foxes Pizza Den is now my go to Foxes. It is much cleaner and does not assess a surcharge. Just say'n. ;-)

Ordered a 21 cut big daddy supreme last week with bread sticks and had it delivered for 24.79 , tonight we order a 16 cut Champ with cheese and bread sticks and pick it up and they tell us 31.77 and when my wife questions it and opens the box it's a large round pizza and they claim to never have heard of a champ. They say the "owner lady" changes the prices daily and they never heard of a champ pizza. Never sending my money there again !

got a steak fry salad, The picture below shows that there was literally about three pieces of steak on my whole entire $10 salad and I also asked for the fries well-done which you won’t see them in the picture because I’m busy re-cooking them because they were not well-done whatsoever. when someone asks for something fried to be well done it should probably have some goldish color to it….not white.

I ordered a large 2 topping pizza and it was 13 bucks and a brownie for dessert and a Pepsi. I added it up and it should have been 26.98 no my bill was 29.54. That’s absolutely ridiculous for a pizza and a brownie and a drink. Like I’m never getting foxes again

Have never had a problem, always friendly and fix mistakes. But... PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ONLINE MENU (has not been updated since end of June 2020)!!! Also *for new customers*, since this is locally owned some of the recipies are different. Must ask for wedgie sandwiches with no pizza/tomato sauce! ..Delivery can take a while some times but food is usually still nice and hot.

Pizza was decent and hot. Ready before the time they quoted me. Biggest downfall is they charge $1.00 and tax that dollar if you use a credit/debit card. I dont think they should charge tax on that but what do I know. My bill was 27.03 but since I used my card it came to 28.09. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Just ordered a LG Italian Stromboli and cookie pie. Took two hours to get delivered and then was told all Strombolis come with tomato sauce. Meanwhile I ordered from another foxes the previous day and it came with garlic sauce, like it says on all the foxes menus. Frustrated I just spent money to wait two hours for my pregnancy craving for it to be wrong.

The food is good but the deliver service isnt great at all. The past 2 times I have ordered from here it has taken atleast an hour or more for me to get my food delivered.

Pizza is cool and bread sticks are cool. Looks like they have been done for ten min. I show up on time and thinking I am getting hot stuff but no. Never going here again. Get from spring church not Apollo.

Literally the worst experience. The most unprofessional staff i have seen. Not only is the pizza disgusting, undercooked, and made of cardboard, but the lady who is supposedly the owner was making fun of a deaf customer right in front of me. I called and complained about this and she told me to never come back in and hung up on me. She shouldn't be working with the public. Go work the grill at McDonald's please.
