if God had a garage and it was run by angels I still wouldn't trust them as much as I do the folks at Cristel's car care. these people are so nice and helpful and honest and fair you could not do better if you owned a garage yourself. now that I'm back in PA I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else! I honestly feel like I am underpaying every time I settle a bill ! The owner Rod and everyone on his staff will take you back in time to when businesses valued thier customers and performed thier jobs with honor. in a fallen world and a sold out country Cristels reminds me WHY I served this country in the first place. and even if they are not technically open you can count on the owner to be there wrenching himself 7 days a week to insure your vehicle is serviced right and delivered on time! in short they keep thier promises ! its like going back in time .

Very disappointed in my entire experience. The only reason I can give a one star rating is because the work on my motorcycle was eventually completed, but only after a month of headache and disrespect by Rod and incompetence of one now-former employee. On top of the disrespect were excuses and the fact that I had to pay for parts his now-removed mechanic damaged in the process. 40 years of experience or none, no customer should be hung up on and disrespected like that.
