Dr. Mark is fantastic. They are reasonably priced and honest. They don’t run unnecessary tests. This is the only place I will bring my dachshund. Fantastic experiences all around

Its a small vet office but the staff are all very nice and professional. We will continue bringing our dogs here. Definitely recommend for anyone living in the Brownstown/ Ephrata area!

They have been GREAT!!! One animal hospital we are happy we found and close to home. Only been there a few times but have had a positive experience each time. Pricing for services and meds didn't "break the bank" so to speak. Staff was pleasant and accomodating. We are quite comfortable bringing our family pets to Brownstone Animal Hospital. Thank you

I'm from North Dakota. I needed my dog groomed because he travels with me all over the United States and it had been a while. They accommodated great place, great people amazing service!

The staff is nice. The doctor not so much. I was okay with that until it came time to put my dog down. His lack of compassion and refusal to do what needed to be done because it was his last appointment on Saturday was the last straw for us. Sim was a member of our family. Watching her in that pain was unbearable. She was so bad she couldn’t even go outside, she would pee where she lay. My moms vet and staff came in on a Sunday (their day off) to euthanize her. I want that type of compassion from my vet. We will never use Brownstown.
